Loving The Clarion!

My wife and I liked everything about our stay. Reasonable charge for accommodation. The quietness, cleanliness, the friendly staff, and their great assistance when needed. Thumbs up👍🏽

Fair for a quick overnight stay.

Close to the airport.

My room’s air conditioner was not working properly. Staff was scattered when you needed them.

Me and my family stayed for 4 days. The people was lovely. The hotel was beautiful and the view I had was very pleasant

I loved everything about this hotel. They really made my family feel comfortable and welcomed.

Reasonable choice for a one-night stay if you need a hotel at the airport.

Convenient location to the airport. We planned to spend one night at an airport hotel due to our travel schedule. Room was clean and quiet.

Restaurant is open only a few days and was closed the night we were there. The breakfast service is run by a vendor, and menu was limited to meat, eggs and potatoes options. Located on a busy street with no options to go for a walk.

Not bad

Good location near the bus stop that go to downtown easily and airport . You can go to the airport by shuttle arranging by hotel too. The transportation is convenient for traveler without having car.

The convinient stores and supermarkets are not nearby.

Just what I needed and the price was decent considering it was a last min purchase.

Pool was nice to relax in. The bed was very comfortable. I found the front desk person to be pleasant and caring.

There don’t seem to be many restaurants in the area. Maybe they could sell snacks and beverages at the front desk? Just a thought.

Great experience

Staff was very friendly! They let me have a late check out without any problems, not just an hour but I could stay 3 more hours, which was a great help.

Near the airport and great restaurants and fast food chain. The bed and pillow great.

The fire alarm triggered few time during the night.

Unpleasant Experience

The toilet wouldn't flush in the first room on the first night of my stay. There is no maintenance on staff after hours. We were moved to a different room that smelled of mildew. Cleaning staff and one front desk clerk, Dave, were rude. Dave did not accommodate us as we told him the toilet wouldn't flush. He just switched us to a different room. We had to pack all of our belongings early in the morning after coming from a concert. I would never stay at this location ever again. Madison sent an email to the GM on my behalf regarding the issues we had experienced up to that point. She also told me I would be comped several nights for the inconveniences, but this has not happened as of yet. The hotel charged me more than the original quote from this site. I received a business card from Laura to contact the GM, who was on vacation during my stay. Staying in this hotel was not pleasant 😒.

I enjoyed my 2 night stay.

Clean and nice rooms, renovations are good. Looks clean inside! Don’t have an odor. Pool / Hot Tub was nice and Clean!

Need a better makeup outside premise. It can also can have better/ bigger signs to show name of hotel, but convenient and clean.

Somewhere clean to sleep.

Location to interstate

No bar , odor in lobby. People smoking weed in their rooms. Breakfast not included, no restaurant onsite.

Disappointing

Location was ok. Staff was very nice. Hotel and rooms were clean.

The hotel had no restaurants open in evening and no coffee in the lobby before we left for airport. Room coffee tasted like water!

The worst hotel stay I have ever had.

The front desk clerk was nice.

The parking lot was very poorly lit. I worried my car would be broken in to. The carpet was stained and looked filthy. No free breakfast, even though that was a filter when I searched for a room and this hotel was included. Rude staff other than the front desk clerk. Felt unsafe. The beds were uncomfortable. Hotel didn’t feel clean at all.
