Overall, I feel the price was a bit much but we enjoyed our stay!

Great location, comfortable and spacious rooms, super friendly staff.

The only downfall is parking.

Great location and clean room with a nice TV.

Breakfast was good. Great view from the room. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Great breakfast. Good value for your money.

Parking lot is very tight with not enough parking on property. They do have alternative parking. Pool isn’t heated and could be cleaner. Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 pm which is the check in time. It wasn’t ready until after 6:00pm

Amazing access to everything, the staff was amazing, breakfast was yummy and fulfilling.

VA Beach, VA stay

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was surprisingly pleasant with many options. Lastly the location was awesome!

Parking was a chore, and the lot closest to the hotel was full most of the time. There are two overflow lots, but it's a slight inconvenience. The gym facility was a little dirty with sand and dust balls on the ground. I didn't complain when I was there because the cleanliness of the room was more important.

Good

I loved that it was ocean front on the beach. I love that you had a choice to eat outside or indoors. I loved it that the hotel was clean and the people was very nice.

The elevators took to long. The breakfast should offer bacon just in case people don't eat ham. The beds felt weird but it was doable.

Very poor

The view of the ocean

The people next to us partied until after 4 am. They were talked to by security 3 times, including 1 time where security was yelling at them quite loudly, but then they did nothing to quiet them down. We didn't get much sleep & then missed the sunrise we were planning to watch that morning. I was up & outside smoking at 330 am, since we couldn't sleep anyway. I asked for a refund or discount, but none was given. It was a huge disappointment, especially because we don't usually indulge in such an expensive hotel.

Overall Great, just nuisance bugs.

Hotel was overall clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location is directly in the middle of everything we love about va beach. Breakfast was yummy & hot every morning with many selections.

There were small bugs that kind of invaded our room, unsure how but when we got there they were all over ther balcony, later ended up being all inside our room. It's not necessarily the hotels fault but still not sure how they were getting in. We spent a lot of our time getting bugs back outside or exterminating ourselves. These were not gross like cockroaches, they were similar to moths but smaller.

The view was great and breakfast was good and location was great

We changed our own linens and kept getting stained items. Then the day of check out we had extra charges on our card. It just made the end of our trip crappy. But they did fix it.

Amazing but housekeeping staff needs alot of help

Everything was great except housekeeping and elevators

Housekeeping and carpet. Carpet was disgusting and filthy. Housekeeper was on phone all the time. Never vacuumed or wiped anything down. Didn't replace linen or paper products. Elevators were broken alot.
