location
sadly this is a weathered and dated hotel. as long time Hilton honors member this is probably the worst facility I have seen. The rugs are weathered and old, the halls smell like mold as well as the rooms, and the bed we had was well worn and dated. very disappointed with he quality of appearance and amenities. the breakfast was fair but the hot food overdone and the eggs nasty.

Elevator was scary, always made noises and felt like it was going to get stuck between floors.
7.0 / 10.0
Good breakfast. Great staff. Facility is starting to show it's age.
Elevator seemed kind of sketchy. Price was WAY too high!!!

very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was excellent. Sadly the pool was not operational.
since my last review, the hotel has made a correction for the overcharge. Very pleased with how that was all handled!

8.0 / 10.0
It was very clean, and the staff were great.
Our bathroom needed some small repairs, but it wasn’t anything very important.
8.0 / 10.0
Breakfast was just OK. Wifi was down most of the time we were there.
7.0 / 10.0
Room was clean.
We were told the pool was open, and it was not. We picked this hotel for our son's team. Unfortunately, this was not available for our use. Food was decent. They were late with the hot breakfast coming out and we had a early morning game, so we had to take the food with us. The hallways were clean, but smelled musty

Breakfast was good except for the coughing and sneezing child with poor public hygiene, but not the hotel's fault. The staff were very nice.
THE HANDLE ON THE TOILET WAS BROKEN REQUIRING THE GUEST TO TAKE THE TOP OFF THE TANK TO FLUSH. The carpets seemed in need of cleaning. The bed was ok, but bordering on too firm
10.0 / 10.0
Staff was very nice and polite, the room was very clean and comfortable. If we had to travel out to this area again me and my husband would be more than happy to stay at this location again.
Hotel was a little hard to find but other than that I have no complaints.

location perfect for hospital visit
very old and stuffy
5.0 / 10.0
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. that is the only redeeming quality of this property.
The lobby smelled like maybe burnt cheese? I do not know exactly, but not a good smell. Hallways, elevators and dining area were all tired an in desperate need of renovation. Hotel had a dirty feel as a result. the AC in room was extremely loud as was the in room refrigerator. if you like extreme white noise, may be a bonus. I get this is a 2 star hotel, not the Ritz, but I have stayed in much nicer Hampton Inns.
