Decent suite hotel for business

Clean well appointed suite facility - well designed for business or residential guests. Good design of outlets and flow. Several facilities for family recreation.

Color scheme is drab (dark gray) and somewhat severe.

Trash not policed in a timely manner. Piles of used/dirty linen sitting outside rooms. Heavy odor of cigarette smoke. Had to complain to front desk staff about being placed in a smoking area, after requesting Non Smoking. Told by staff there was no smoking in any area of the premises. Staff immediately rectified the problem and ventilated the building.

Superb

The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly and inviting. The location was perfect for our event at amphitheater which was only a 3 minute drive. The hotel and room were very clean.

The hotel room had some maintenance issues but nothing that hindered our stay, just meticulous things. The breakfast had an array of foods but everything was terribly dry. The sausage patty I don't believe was even real meat. It seemed almost like a wet sponge. Again didn't ruin our time.

Great hotel with parking charge

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room comfortable, clean and spacious. Location great.

Charge for parking was unexpected and very disappointing. We have been staying at this hotel 2 to3 times per year and do not appreciate recent management/owner decision to charge for parking. This is a mistake.

Very nice property!

Beautiful,quiet, clean property. The rooms were fantastic. The pool and grounds were definitely nicer than most chain hotels.

Not very close to anything other than a gas station.

Many changes but, overall it's not bad.

Location was great. Beds were comfy but sheets are short.

$250 security deposit, Paying for parking and Check out times have moved up an hour. I've stayed at this property numerous times. This is relatively new and is not reflected when booking on your site. Changes the value factor...

Fine for a quick overnight visit with pets.

The room was decently clean, especially for a pet-friendly hotel. The included breakfast was surprisingly good as well. Parking area was well-lit.

When I went to check in they tried to double charge me for the pet fee. The young woman who was checking me in agreed that the total seemed high and asked for assistance. The woman who came to "assist" acted like I was ridiculous for questioning the charges and tried to argue that my math was off. Ultimately I got it worked out with the person who was originally helping me but had I not questioned it I imagine getting the extra $82 back would have been another type of nightmare. Despite having reported that we'd have two adults and two kids there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa sleeper. They were quickly provided when I asked, though. There was only a shower, no bathtub, which was inconvenient. There was also only one elevator to service all three floors. The pool was out of service despite there being no mention of this on thks site, on the hotel's site, or as we were checking in. It wasn't until I asked what the pool hours were that I was told it was out of service.

SAFC in Cary, North Carolina.

Very good facilities for the price. Both bedrooms were en-suite, nice kitchen and lounge area, air conditioning, pool, breakfast, massive TV in living area 📺 ...and a cracking bar about ten minute walk away.

Bit isolated (you need to drive anywhere), air con was really noisy.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and appreciated the layout, full refrigerator, and breakfast. It was a great value.

Layout of the room was ideal, breakfast was delicious, and hotel was clean.

The mattress wasn’t terribly comfortable (it was ok) and the pillows were flat

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment fit our needs just perfectly and was spacious as well as very clean. Breakfast was good and provided variety.

The sofa/sofa bed was not in good condition but functional.

It was an overall good experience and I would consider staying there again.

The location was great. Very convenient for all the things I did while in town.

While everything looked new and appeared to have been recently remodeled, there was an old smell. It wasn’t overwhelming but it was noticeable especially if the AC was not set to a low temperature.

Many things but the staff especially was outstanding and friendly.

Please get rid of that foolish plexiglass at the front desk. We were finished with that a long time ago and why you still have it there is beyond me.

It was good I was not happy with the hotels entrance very very small and no safety from the elements

Breakfast was nice but very crowded with a team staying in the hotel

I scheduled with the front desk on Tuesday to have our room cleaned on Thursday and it wasn't done. I was told they would be up to clean it but no one showed when I called again I was told when they could get to it they would,we had company coming to visit us this was unexceptionable. The general manager was aware but never spoke with us I went down Friday morning but she was off for the weekend.
