Would NOT recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty. Stains on the carpet. Bar hand soap was harsh, very cheap quality. Morning breakfast was pathetic- brown bananas, unattractive menu of bland food.

Breakfast was not at all as expected. No fruits at all. Sausages were not fully cooked and eggs were nasty.

I had a really good and peaceful night and would stay there again.

The room was nice and the employees. at the front desk were friendly and the Breakfast was filling and good.

everything was great there were no complaints.

Leaving that place.

The staff didn't clean our room. 2. They never came in with CLEAN towels. 3. They never empty the trash in our room. The manager said that the cleaning crew would every 3 days, make the bed. They never did.

Disappointed- NO word on website that pool/hot tub was not functioning

Never saw the room - cancelled reservation

Reservation cancelled due to not knowing their pool and hot tub were down for maintenance No indication on the website when booking which was the ready I made the reservation for my two grandsons from Delaware and Virginia

Staff was the worst breakfast stale pastry bagels juice was like water artificial did not use clean ingredients. Service requested garbage to be pick up pickup garbage at 5 pm requested clean towel had to pick u towels yourself we were told that we had to call front desk a 9am about garbage and towel at 5 pm . Manager I complain before left to him no replacement of garbage bags either. I will never use the hotel again I hope you will replace this hotel.

Nice hotel and staff but disappointed that I was not able to enjoy the amenities offered and advertised.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Price was reasonable and complimentary breakfast was nice.

one of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I am disabled and this hotel offered an indoor pool with a lift so I could enjoy the pool, I verified that they had a lift prior to booking however upon arrival both lifts were not powering on and no one knew anything about the lifts to be able to have one of them working prior to my departure. I stayed a week.

We were not told the hours for breakfast. It closed before 9:45...rather early on a Sunday. Also towels were rough and skimpy. Pool was unavailable.

Very Good Place. Safe Clean and Quiet

I have stayed at this property several times when I have business in Baltimore. It serves my purpose well. I have reviewed this place several times before

My frequent complaint is the quality of the towels. They are thin and require several to dry yourself with. Taking several showers a day between meetings it's difficult to get completely dry. This recent time the breakfast selection while extensive needed to be refilled . Waited for eggs, meat, bread and coffee. The fruit selection was one orange

I get a room at least once a month and checkout isn’t until 11am but yet I was woken up at 9:30am to someone trying to enter the room this morning.

It was good, but not the best.

The king bed was nice and firm and comfortable.

When we first got to the room (401), there was a strong smell of smoke/cigar smoke. The cleaning crew did deodorize it.

Location was great. Beds are firm. TV worked.

The water pressure was low. The shower tub had a puddle of water in the center. Yuck. I was given a room all the way at the end of the hall. Ugh. To far to walk.

30 mis to check in. Girl, not trained. Charged more than booking.com said. Didn't get suite reserved. Stood at desk for help no one around.
