I thought the buffet was a little pricey.
3.9
The door to the room was so heavy you needed to be a weight lifter to open and close. We had no coffee cups. The front desk said housekeeping didn’t come in until 9 We were told we could come down to get them. Not good. Breakfast was not free. John in the dining room was very helpful and pleasant.
3.9
nothing, the fire pit wasn’t working, you have to pay for food. the morning people made so much noise in front of our door. couldn’t sleep in
3.9
It was pretty good. I would have liked to have seen some boiled eggs on the buffet.
Check-in time could have been earlier. I kept having Wi-Fi issues.

I was charged $145 and we didn't even. Stay there. My car broke down. I received No refund
I was charged for a room that I didn't stay at
3.9
Breakfast was terrible. No hot food, stale sweet rolls. You would be better off not having anything but coffee.
Food

Clean & comfortable as usually.
Upon arrival it smells amazing.
Customer Service 100%
Beautiful Decor.
I was there in December 2023. I was sad to hear they took the microwaves out of the rooms. I was informed they were only in the suites.
Also, a worker walked into my friend’s room. Unluckily, she had the latch on the door. He apologized, and said he was there to fix the TV. However, the tv was fine and she didn’t call downstairs to complain about the tv. (So that was questionable behavior)

We loved everything!
3.9
Loved that there was an outdoor patio area to sit and relax at.
Our room wasn’t ready for 1.5 after check in time. They didn’t even offer us anything for the inconvenience.
3.9
Our welcome reception was beyond warm and inviting.
We had a man walk into our room during our stay. The staff kindly moved our room, but never followed up with our children, they are 2 & 4 and ended up screaming and not sleeping at all.
One additional comment is the servers didn’t mention breakfast wasn’t included or an additional charge.
We ended with four additional charges if someone can please let us know what those are for.

The bed was very comfortable
The doors are heavy and they slam loudly. Doors slamming throughout the night could be heard for both days
3.9
it was adequate but not to Hilton doubletree standards
a little run down

Our breakfast and dinner were delicious. Kudos to the chef. My husband loved the warm cookies when we arrived.

Spectacular interior decor, lobby, and amenities at a great value. We loved our short stay.

clean hotel
nothing

Only issue was the need to hold have to checkout and check back in when I decided to stay an extra night. Causing them to hold yet another 250 dollars from my card because I’m “a local resident”. Completely unnecessary!
3.9
The stay was excellent. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
3.9
the prossionalism
the cost of a meal and the doors on your rooms, especially the handicapped room are extremely heavy and hard to manage while in a mobility device. I was almost knocked off my scooter trying to manipulate the door and scooter. The way a guest orders breakfast, type of breakfast is not adequately explain, i.e. that there are two prices, hot bar verses al a cart.
3.9
relatively good shape. good location.
Windows are not sound proof. outside noise is very present in the room
3.9
The room. The beds had hair in the sheets, the floor needed vacuuming and the shower drain was clogged. After requesting clean linen, we had to make up our own beds.
3.9
Location was nice and i loved the decor of the hotel
Bathtub was clogged with someone’s hair so the water didn’t drain properly when taking a shower. There was a musty smell in the room.
