Close proximity to fairgrounds
Breakfast was awful. Out of orange juice, creamers, spoons muffin choice was awful. Was here in January and there was a hot breakfast.
Loud music bumping the whole evening.

Well I reserved a jetted tub room and when I got there they told me that my I requested for reserved and booked to someone else they didn’t try to fix or accommodate me in no form of way he acted like he didn’t care and that it (it is what is)I was very upset it was supplying have been a specials night for me but it wasn’t it was a disaster not fair that I had to pay that kind of money for something that I was stuck with I feel like I deserve a refund or some sort of accommodation

The staff was nice, room spacious
Not alot of breakfast choice, the air conditioner was too noisy
1.0 / 5.0
turn in entry key, it was really fast
the room location, the climate of the room (too noisy and it has leaking, no climate control rather than pressing buttons), dirty elevators, I got room service just 3 days(I was there 7 days), the dirty hallways, tv control didn't work, I really really didn't enjoy at all my days there, for the same price other hotels with similar stars seem to be a better option,

The cleanliness & location to the fairgrounds where I was going.
I was a woman alone & was put in the farthest room on earth (458). Would've preferred close to the office for safety. Don't like the hard access to rooms in this place.
2.0 / 5.0
The location was good, convenient for the university. The staff were friendly and polite - they did their best to help but were clearly struggling with staffing issues.
Despite booking some weeks in advance, I was assigned to the wrong room type. I was moved later the next day but told I might need to move again. Both rooms were not clean on arrival and, during the 7 days I stayed, housekeeping did not come in once. Guests were asked to empty their own trash and leave the towels outside of the room - the corridors were therefore full of used towels and bags of trash.

Location walking distance to Wake Forest sports complex so did not have hassle to park.
Bed itself was comfortable
Breakfast was good/as expected
Front desk staff was nice
Toildt was tight and tub area was dated and kind of gross. TV remote missing from room. Safe did not work and front desk says they just don’t work.
For the price, it wasn’t terrible just not to my normal standard.
