Excellent!

The lady attending the counter was great!! I was exhausted and could no longer go!! She helped take my stress off and made my stay very comfortable!!!

The Holiday Inn Express provided a great rest stop on our road trip.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There were hot and cold items for breakfast—beyond adequate. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Can’t think of anything that was lacking.

Exceptional

I liked that there was recycling trash cans and the staff doing the breakfast were absolutely wonderful

I did Like that the pool closed at 8 o’clock. We were told that there was a lighting issue, but I don’t understand when we swim at our own risk during the day, why can’t we swim at our own risk at night? it was very hot during the week that we stayed in Florida and it would’ve been nice to dip in the pool in the evenings

Clean rooms. Pleasant staff.

Unsavory types sleeping in their (2) vehicles in the parking lot. When we mentioned this to the night clerk, she said that there was nothing she could do. We felt uncomfortable walking our dog out front.

Booked last minute when my camping trip took a turn for the worse!

Very nice hotel. Nice amenities and a mineral (not chlorine) pool! Clean and quiet. Sherry at the front desk was extremely helpful!

Staff was friendly, but with limited time to address concerns

Roach in bathroom. Floors in bathroom and living area dirty. Power strip between beds did not work to charge phone. Room was not made up for us during a two day stay.

Disappointing

Very good breakfast buffet! Great variety of options each day, and everything was fresh. There was always a staff member on hand if something was needed.

I'd asked for adjoining rooms, since there were five of us in our party and a dog. We were given two adjoining rooms in the opposite directions; so each of our rooms were adjoining to strangers' rooms. I was told to keep asking to see if one room or the other could be switched so we could connect. After the third day (of 7) I stopped asking. The outdoor pool was closed 6 of the 7 days of our stay. My two youngest children were very disappointed by this. We were provided "refresh" room service on only two of the seven days of our stay.

Country area great for families and pets

The pool was mineral water-- just like the springs we came to visit! The bed and pillows were so unbelievably comfortable. We had 2 adults and 4 kids, plus my ESA dog. The king suite with a sofa bed worked out great. They even let us have a pool party for our 15 year old since most of the parks were closed due to the storm. Definitely will book this place again. Thank you Joy and the staff members for allowing us to celebrate here.

the shower head needed to be updated. it sprayed everywhere.

It was good.

The breakfast was excellent. It was located in a good area.

We did not have bath towels the 2 night. We were told they ran out of towels at 7 PM that night.
