Our stay was terrific. The home was spotless and very well appointed with everything we could possibly need. From kitchenware and appliances to sundries, this was truly a well-established rental. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. There were an abundance of activities like pool, ping pong and let’s not forget swimming. The pool and surrounds were clean and well maintained. Pool heat was a welcome amenity- we swam every day.We will rent here again as we have family in the area. Kudos to the owners for paying such fine attention to detail!! This home is on our list of best rentals!! Remember folks if you rent it, leave it better than you found it!! It helps our owners make a better experience the next time around!!

I can’t say enough about this property. We had a relaxing stay in a clean property where the owners went the extra mile to make our stay fantastic. The pool is fabulous and the neighborhood is great for walking and biking. Both golf and tennis are nearby.

This was one of our favorite VRBO stays to date. Very peaceful town, neighborhood, and home. The pool area was heaven. Very well planned house for vacationing for several people or just a couple. Very easy to communicate with contact, Highly recommend.

We absolutely fell in love with the trees and landscaping on the property as well as neighboring houses. The furniture & beds were very comfortable and the house was very well maintained. The owner kept in constant contact with us to ensure a 5 star experience. We were sad to leave after our week long stay. Don’t hesitate to book this house. You will not be disappointed.

The owners cut no corners when it comes to equipping the home with items throughout the home, including the kitchen and bathrooms. This is like staying in your own home. Most rentals cut corners on amenities inside the home. These owners have equipped this home as if it’s their own. Beautiful neighborhood, very clean, this was an outstanding rental. Will absolutely stay again.

If your vacation destination is within the vicinity of this home, don’t think, just book. This home is amazing. The neighborhood is by far the nicest neighborhood we have ever stayed it. It’s quiet and very well maintained, with large yards and Spanish moss as far as the eye can see. The interior boasts modern appliances and amenities, and is immaculately clean. The rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated. There are many little extras that we appreciated such as coffee, creamers, and extra toiletries. The pool and bonus room were a big hit with my family, and provided hours of fun.

No complaints about this property or the stay. Great location really traveler friendly home. Everything was perfect, Everything was labeled in the home so no wasting time trying to figure out switches, buttons, remotes etc. Plenty of kid friendly options for activities and kid friendly dishes. All directions for the residents were provided and there was a custom binder of the area, history and other things. Really nothing negative to say about this trip.

We bring a lot stuff - 2 totes of games ( didn’t need as they had plenty, water I bring my own water from home everywhere I go - had to tote back as the water was so good.

My Favorite was the desk area in corner, could watch tv be close to family.. I have a rolling cart of Sharpies.. I Love to sit and color & draw! Didn’t have to clear area to eat or play cards games! It was Perfect!

Beautiful House, Great Location, Dog Friendly, Heated Pool
The House was beautiful. The House is in a great neighborhood, close to golf courses, the pool is heated, and it is dog friendly. Thelma was so kind to work with and even sent us a gift on our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We will definitely rent this house again when we return back to Citrus Hills.

It is set in a quiet, mostly older neighborhood of lovely homes.
The interior of the home has a gorgeous, large, open foyer, living room, kitchen and dining room; the furniture and wall decor are stunning! Everything you need for meal preparation is available. It has three nice sized bedrooms and two beautifully tiled full bathrooms. The beds are so comfortable.
Just off the main room is a big screen enclosed pool area; it has a covered eating and relaxing portion. The pool is large and we arranged to have it heated which made it very appealing in mid March.
There is also a game room in the garage with a ping-pong table and multiple board games. Available is a brand new washer/dryer set.
The owner of the home is a communicative, kind and thoughtful woman; we thank you for sharing your perfect home with us!

Family vacation! This was our Christmas gift to our Alabama family.
We really enjoyed the sparkling clean pool, especially our 10 year old grandson. We had a little problem and Thelma and her husband were very quick to help us. They were very nice to work with.

Beautiful, clean, spacious and open in a quiet community! The rooms are big and open, pool was refreshing. Property is well maintained, almost park-like. Thelma checked in on us to make sure we got in OK, and when texted with a question, responded immediately... great communication! Could not be happier... great host, great property!
