Very friendly staff, nice location, clean comfy room

The pool chlorine level needs to be checked and regulated better. My child and husband had a pretty bad reaction. Especially their eyes. Pool is my child’s fav part typically but we couldn’t let him get back in.

Front desk staff are wonderful.

The best part of this hotel is the welcoming staff. Every single person at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I know there has to be times that the job is stressful but they never ever showed it. In today's world there is so much negativity it was a blessing to have such kind people helping you.

The maids were not kind at all. I know they have a lot of work to do, but they didn't have to take it out on the guest.

Birthday vacay

The location was great the room was clean and we could not hear any other guests. It was perfect size for our needs.

The hot tub was out of order and our first night we could not use the pool due to a large group of teenage boys being extremely loud and rough housing taking up the entire pool

This hotel is situated in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast has a large variety of items and it was delicious. Housekeeping was very nice and friendly.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Well maintained, clean, well lit, modern. Good breakfast buffet options…though breakfast was not included in the room price (you had to pay extra for it) it was convenient and fairly good value for the price.

The baggage carts to help you get your bags to the room were almost impossible to find and then were difficult to use. They were not the usual hotel baggage carts which most people are used to. These looked like a high school shop class welded them together and they were very heavy and hard to steer. I’m older and need something simpler and easier to use.

I don't know what happen with my bill. I booked the hotel to stay a night at a price total of $181.10 but charge my credit card for $193.10. I called the hotel but nobody answer me and still hang out my call. I'm just confused. I think I need a explanation to me. Thank you.

Comfy, friendly, clean, and run by people who care about people!

Absolutely incredible staff, from customer service at front desk to housekeeping to breakfast service. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, helpful and absolutely invested in making our stay enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of.

Odd smell (chemical?) on the way to the pool.

Everything was pretty decent only complaint would be the elevator is pretty slow

Nice place to stay.

The property was clean and the staff were very nice. Lots of security in the parking lot too.

The carpets in my room were still wet from being cleaned so it made the room smell bad.

Location, updated look

Could hear too many sounds from other rooms and hallway. House keeping came by before 830am. Took 2 employees to checkin. No complementary breakfast. Fridge was freezing food. Beds way too soft = woke up with sore neck and back.

Most of the staff were super friendly. The breakfast was decent but you have to pay for it with your room (which we did). The size of the king suite was decent as well. We liked that the suits were at the very end of the hallway though so we had a corner room. The location of the hotel is also excellent.

The young lady who checked us in double charged us for our room even though she only told us that she needed the card for the refundable damage charge and we had already paid for the room in full upon booking. She also booked us into a room that had the outside hotel lights shining directly into our windows so even with the blackout curtains shut, it was still pretty bright in our room (she was aware we had a newborn/baby). The hallway leading to our room smelled bad almost every day with the last day of our stay smelling like weed and there was a visible milk/milk shake spill that was on the wall/floor that was never cleaned (was already there the day we checked in and was still there the day we checked out). The insulation/sound proofness to the room above us was subpar. While we couldn't hear them talking or the TV, every time they opened/closed a door we could clearly hear it and then every time they drug the chairs across the floor it sounded like they were using a drill. There were also stains on our floor and even though house keeping had been there the room still was dirty with trash and such scattered all over the floor. Housekeeping also never put a trash bag/liner back in the can when they emptied it. Our room card also demagnetized multiple times while we were there even though we kept the card away from anything that would interfere with the magnetic strip.
