Extremely subpar stay. Very disappointing.

The beds were uncomfortable. The non smoking room smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled like throw up. You can hear people walking above you. The exterior door didn’t lock which is extremely unsafe. The pet fee is too expensive. The wifi is awful. I do not plan to stay at another Extended Stay.

Look elsewhere..

The shopping center around it had lots of stores and restaurants to choose from.

The hotel was located in a secluded area which made it easy for people to break into the cars nightly. We had to worry someone was going to get into our car every night. We were told no cameras are in the parking lot area. The front desk didn't seem to care about this issue. Our key cards were always blinking red so we had to get new ones daily. The room wasn't what was pictured and neither was the pool. The actual pool is different than on the site and alot smaller and anyone had access to it. No key card was needed.. The TV in the room was really small, and there were unknown marks on the bathroom doorway that I thought was blood but I'm not 100% sure. I had to clean with my own clorox wipes I bought along with my own dish soap. We had to ask for any supplies for the kitchen and do our own housekeeping of our room. They only give the option of servicing the room at an additional rate of $10 for them to do it. The breakfast is granola bars and juice. So saying they offer breakfast is not true unless you consider that breakfast. Coffee was available but cold. Sketchy people linger around the hotel and it didn't feel safe to walk into at night. No smoking is also not true. Smoke/Marijuana was smelled in and around the whole hotel. The beds were ok and the overall of the room was just ok. The couch that doubled as a bed looked like a used couch from the 70s. We did not want to open it up. The air conditioning was musty but we were cool I guess.

Spacious room

Very spacious room, great location right next to Wolfchase Galleria Mall. Nice outdoor pool. Great value.

The breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast - the only things offered were coffee and a few muesli bars. Friendly staff, but they are rarely at the reception, but at a back room. There is a bell to call them, but the bell doesn't seem to work. Room smelled a bit funny.

My stay was good but could’ve been better if I didn’t have that one issue.

The location of the hotel was in a great area, everything was around the hotel far as food, shopping, and gas station. The staff was friendly and meet all my expectations.

We had sweet ants in our room that cause us to be uncomfortable but the staff was very attentive to the situation. The room was clean I’m not for sure where there ants came from in the room.

It was clean and spacious. The only problem I had was that my toilet was clogged.

WONT EVER BOOK AGAIN

HOTEL was filthy! Stink bug infested! Location was rundown & sketchy also MGMT(Irsh) Was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL The whole experience was a ghetto mess WILL NOT STAY again! The property needs NEW Management & Complete renovation

not pleased at all. overpriced for what you get.

the receptionist was very professional & pleasant. the area is clean for the most part with adequate parking.

broken shower, broken ac unit, floor has pool of water when we came in the room. I had itching & allergic reaction from the beddings. unruly & loud guests from other rooms even after sleeping hours. breakfast was dismal & not as advertised.

Great stay! Worth the money!

My room was exceptional. It was very spacious and not cramped. (felt like a college dorm almost). Didnt eat breakfast, but did have a coffee. It was good.

Their gym facility was basically non-existent. It was just a treadmill and elliptical. No weights of any kind

Disappointing

Having a refrigerator and living room space.

Beds were uncomfortable. Each day we had to go down to the front desk to have room keys recalibrated. TV remote was difficult to work. It wasn't easy to turn water on for taking a shower or bath.
