The only thing I liked was the look of the motel overall.
Well I spent around 200$ the first room was very dirty so we changed rooms the second room was the same just nasty. Plus I was charged for 8$ per person for breakfast that was not worth it I figured with the cost of the room the food would be more pleasant

Clean room, nice size
Staff lied and said that smoked inside the room for no odd reason and the manager ignored me calls and request to review the camera

Jay front desk attendant has great hospitality.

The hotel is very classy and clean. We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna.
The only thing that I would improve is it felt like the bathtub was slippery while taking a shower.
3.4
Nothing
First of all was not notified that the pool and hot tub was not available. Then was given a room that was dirty and the second room was also dirty and had to have the cleaning lady come in and change the soil bedding

it was clean and people seemed friendlier
sorta looks out dated

Pool and hottub were nice
Didn't like the fact that noone informed me that the restaurant was not going to be open and instead squeeze people in their ballroom. Also the fact I was told my 8 year old was free for breakfast while checking in, but come the morning we go to eat I am told 8 and up need to pay. I did NOT pay for her, but obviously needs to be some stated rule. Room was clean except for sink and shower. Sink had some red stuff in it up on the back side and shower had piece of plastic and didn't look the cleanest.

The facility and the rooms could be more clean
My room wasn't clean as it should've been almost out of tissue tub, and the floor wasn't clean hair on the bathroom floor

building was partly under (re)construction

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is under renovation and the decor is fresh and inviting in renovated areas.
The room had no sound insulation. We could hear what was happening in the hallway and neighboring rooms. The carpet was dirty with prior guest"s crumbs and one of the pillowcases had a stain on it. The shower didn't drain until minutes after stepping out of it. Guests in a neighboring room were smoking the first night, and our room reeked of what they were smoking.
We stayed here due to power outages from a storm. All the hotels nearby, including this one, were full, or we would have left the first night.

I don’t know what happened with this hotel it used to be so good I live in the area and have stayed here multiple times but now it’s pretty bad. first you have to pay an extra $50 room fee for regular rooms which was never the case before they only did that with suite rooms. the room we originally got wasn’t cleaned so we asked for a room change they changed it but the closet door wouldn’t shut at all it almost broke when we moved it. the shower door kept rolling open so water pooled all over the floor. also the pool and hot tub were disgusting and was not cleaned I learned that the hard way when I broke out all over including my face. and then upon check out your supposed to get the $50 dollar deposit back but they never released it when I checked out I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now almost a month for my deposit back so yea I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
