Staff was courteous. Lobby and outside were very nice.
Rooms were dirty. Couches stained and so was pullout mattress. Carpet looked as it has never been cleaned. One room had a disgusting item between the mattress and box spring.
5.0
Very clean, comfortable and the security was A1,
No one was at the front desk or answering the phones when I called.
2.5
Location is good and the bed was comfy. Good amount of space.
Enjoy the gents in the parking lot smoking weed every night. It was brutal. Lots of folks hanging around the exits angle the hallways were absolutely pungent with the smell.

I interacted with multiple staff members, and each one was awesome! Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also really good.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast because we couldn’t stay there.
Being able to have a room that I booked.

We host 30 people (our-of-towners) for a wedding celebration and they were super accommodating. Excellent accommodation and facility.
2.5
rooms are big and well designed
they make up room only 1 day every 7 days and I was not aware of.

not to much to be honest it was a big suite separate bedroom layout nice for parents privacy but no lock on my bedroom was also not ok
The less desirable people partying in the parking lot, the mold in my bathroom no conditioner in the second bathroom limited kitchen supplies i had late check out and housekeepers beating on my door every 30 min carpet was nasty needs steam cleaned air condition must be broke as it was 73-75 the whole time I have hot flashes this was terrible and can't open windows no fans it was terrible surely wasn't worth the $$ BTW no lock on the master bedroom that is crazy!

Breakfast was good! Many hot and/or cold options. Rooms were super clean and had a spacious layout. The bed was VERY comfortable. Each staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect.
Special shout out to the Housekeeping Manager, Rhoda(?), who went out of her way to accommodate our request for a late checkout! 😊
I have absolutely NOTHING to criticize. Everything succeeded my expectations.

The staff was great and everyone was very pleasant. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.
pool wasn’t open.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. It was a great combination of good location, great value and a well maintained property. Breakfast was above what many hotels offer as well.
I wish I would have paid closer attention to the fact that the pool was outdoors, which meant it was closed at the time of year I was there. A pool was a priority item for my daughter.

Decent breakfast - eggs, sausages, coffee. Toasts and yogurt
better than I expected

very friendly people at the desk
no free coffee even in the morning

The room was a nice size....and it was immaculately clean.
I was in room 301 which was a long way from the elevator and I have had two knee surgeries so that was very inconvenient. I don't understand why there is only one elevator. I was under the impression that there was a hot breakfast and there wasn't but that wasn't so awful, at least there was food. Since your not a full service hotel you had to go to front desk to ask for anything and when i called first, no one would answer. I had to use my cellphone. But the price and the actual room was excellent. Hallways were very clean. Overall, I would recommend the hotel and just warn them about the elevator, lol! Thank you!

Bathroom was pretty gross, rusty shower and cracked tiles on the floor that gave in under your feet.
3.0
The bed was very comfortable!
It was very noisy! I could hear people walking around in the room above me. Also, the hotel smelled of marijuana in the hall walls.

the room was so spacious! then our door lock broke and they upgraded us to a bigger room with even more room! the staff was so nice and helpful! thank you

Beds were incredibly comfortable along with warm duvets
-Loved the layout of the one bedroom double suite. Beds were then separated from the living and dining area
-complimentary soap, 2x dishwasher tablets, dish rags, Salt, pepper, sugar was a nice touch
-very quiet property
- no food options besides free continental breakfast and there is no restaurant on the premises so one needs a car for sure if they want to have food
- we chose this hotel as one of us were having surgery nearby and our stay was for recovery. they have no wheelchairs on-site

The breakfast could’ve been much better.
Sink in my room was clogged very bad

the beds was so comfortable
the resort fee is too expensive

we were upgraded; going to hospital for surgery next day. Great front desk staff; conveniently located to St. Joseph's Hospital. A bit loud from the upper floor folks clomping around, but otherwise clean and comfortable.
3.5
large room, nice staff
only had one roll of toilet paper and only one small trash can in the bathroom. Also, toilet paper holder was broken.
4.5
The breakfast had some variety and the building and room was well maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was a simple continental type but at least had some variety. The shower curtain wicked water into the main floor which made is slippery. A new shower curtain would fix this.
