El aire acondicionado es ruidoso y genera humedad en toda la habitación

overall the stay is wonderful. it's just maybe because me and my wife has asthma and very sensitive to dust, so I think the room is a little bit dusty. I have an excellent experience other than that.
my asthma and other allergies triggered due to room a little bit dusty

Property and staff were nice and very helpful
Breakfast options were ok very plain and basic I feel like the options could’ve been better also the first floor right by the elevators it smelled like gas as if there were a gas leak I mentioned it to someone but they reassured me it was nothing , also the couch and pillows of the room had small stains . Also would like to mention the hotel is kinda hidden

Clean, breakfast was good, and comfortable bed.
Microwave didn't work, overpriced room, overpriced water if you need a bottle, and breakfast wasn't served completely by 5 AM.

From the time we arrived until departure we were treated royally. It was totally handicap accessible.

The price per night at the hotel was very high, it would have been better if I did not have to spend so much money per room per night, it was probably because of the season but besides that everything else was fine

The hotel was great. Near interstate. The hotel was super clean. Hot Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Excellent toiletries to use. Easy check in. Great value for the price I paid.
A tour bus blocking a portion of the parking lot. No luggage carts available because the tour crew was using them. Club music noise was too loud even at 2am.

bed was very comfortable. variety of pillows and one was marked firm and that was perfect. good Ac
carpet was filthy- i had on socks becuz i hate to touch hotel carpet- and the bottoms of my socks were filthy. the worst thing was that two people were shot and killed in the area outside of the hotel. For about 7 hours the police had the entrance into the hotel and exit from the freeways and feeder road in front of the hotel completely inaccessible. i could not get access to my hotel room where my credit cards and drivers license were. I called and called and called the property (myself and holiday inn customer service) and no one ever answered from 2 pm to midnight on Sat eve (9/30/23) -

The staff was very friendly and helpful, over the phone and in person.
The plumbing could use some attention, had to flush more than once, and the shower pressure was lower than other holiday inns we've stayed in the past.

It was nice and fresh. Hot and a variety of choices. Maybe have more cereal options. What are you doing?
Entrence was hard to find. No view of the name by the side of the road. Also someone was smoking weed near the upstairs 3rd floor around 1-2 am.

Breakfast was amazing
There was one staff member who was very rude she acted as tho she was better than everyone and very rude. I tried to compliment her belt and she was unkind about it bc she thought I didn’t know it was a designer brand. She was rude to my husband as well.
4.5 / 5.0
Location was odd but wasn't unbearable, easy access to everywhere. The breakfast was good hours and easy foods, not the usual insane buffet but it was enough to enjoy and changed up everyday.
The pillows are awful and the blankets kind of too not too thick but they worked. The AC was mid but the bed was also covering it which was odd.
