Nice room and area. Staff didn't consider our need for a handicap or ground-floor room.

The room was clean, neat and very nice.

I reserved a handicapped room. I stated specifically during the reservation process I needed a ground floor. My wife has severe osteo- and rheumatoid arthritis of which she has been receiving medical treatment for over 33 years. On extremely good days, she walks short distances without a cane. She had to climb stairs to get to the second floor. This is unacceptable! I also suffer with severe arthritis in me back and am being treated in anticipation of hip replacement surgery. Upon check-in, I was informed no ground-floor rooms nor handicapped rooms were available. I could have the Saturday night room fee refunded if we did not wish to stay. The Friday night room was nonrefundable due to the reservation even though my request for handicap or ground-floor room was not provided .I had made. I provided appropriate information regarding the need for a ground-floor room. Also, I couldn't get a final room receipt as there was no staff available. This is unacceptable.

Stay somewhere else this place is disgusting!

Cockroaches answered the door. It smelled horrible people were yelling it was flat out gross. I lasted 45 min before leaving. They still haven’t refunded me

Lady at the reception when we arrive at the hotel was absolutely rude. No housekeeping While checking out no one in office Had to leave the key cards near house phone Stove microwave taps nothing worked

Over all stay was ok room was clean but experienced a bug problem

Staff is nice, location great, hotel has a lot of great potential.

Bathroom mirror need an upgrade, hotel needs to be sprayed well for bugs, hotel has roaches. Seen them with my own eyes in our room 361. Needs someone to clean the outside grounds.

I had 2 laptops stolen. No forced entry. No reimbursement. No resolution.

nothing is only a trash place not to mention the women in the hole area as reception and manager. when I went back to complain and refund of my money they said nooo and threaten me to call the police if I did not live that office

The bed was comfortable. Also liked the deep tub.

I couldn't walk around the room without shoes on. The floor really needed to be mopped. They also need to spray for roaches. The towels weren't big enough either.

Room was large. It was clean

Beds did not have top sheets It started tanning the evening before we were to leave We were in a pickup so our luggage had to go in the back of the truck and we had to leave 5am I went to the office to see if I could get four of thir large trash bags to put outer our suitcases. I even offered to pay for them but the lady at the desk just kept saying no. She had no passion for us at all

could’ve been way better

I was super excited based on the photos and reviews.

well upon pulling into the property we noticed a ton of homeless people just right across the street. just felt a little unsafe. We went into the room and I was actually confused about the bedding. I am still convinced we weren’t given a blanket. We had 2 pillows stacked on top of each other and that’s how it was presented to us. we weren’t entirely dissatisfied. it wasn’t as clean and we found a few things gross, like the drawers and the sink. Even under the bed was dirty.

I Wasnt informed my reservation had been cancelled until 4pm ... Also felt as if the reservation was given to someone else possibly at a higher rate due due it being SXSW. Staff was unprofessional in how it was handled. I have always had a pleasant stay and had no problem referring others but now seeing how it was handled, I cant say i will

It was a complete nightmare and a huge disappointment with www.booking.com

The room in no way resembled what I picked from the website. The staff was very rude and completely unwilling to assist me in any way. The room was infested with roaches, coming out of every crack and corner. Here were pubic hairs left on the towels. Large underneath the front door. The bathroom shower ran all day and night with no maintenance person to come fix it.
