Pretty nice.

Good breakfast. Lots of choices and well presented.

Our room was over the cement portico and it makes for a very ugly view. Not as bad as last year when our view was completely covered by that portico.

The location.

The two rooms that we had smelled like mold. The second room that we were given was very dirty and had mold and water damage. The wall paper was falling off of the wall.

I had a good stay, just know beforehand you need your own cleaning supplies.

The breakfast was good. Lots of hot and cold choices. The room had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave. I enjoyed that. Coffee, tea, cocoa available in the lobby 24h. The Location was very good. It was next to the freeway and a Walmart. It had a pool. I didn't use the pool but others seemed to enjoy it.

I didn't realize hotels no longer have regular cleaning of the occupied rooms and bathrooms. Nor do they empty the trash or vacuuming the carpet routinely during your stay. You have to bring your own bathroom cleaning supplies; tub cleaner, sanitizing wipes, toilet cleaner, toilet brush. If you want this service you have to request it when booking. Room cleaning requires prior 24 hour notice. They no longer make up the bed or give fresh towels daily. Again this requires prior 24 hour notice. They actually ran out of bath towels. I was able to go and get my own pink towels. They did get more bath towels in the next day. My guess is, this hotel has reduced it's cleaning staff. They only regularly clean rooms that have been vacated. If you are staying by yourself or are a couple, this lack of cleaning won't matter. But if you are traveling with other family or friends, as I was, then room and bathroom cleanliness is a big deal. I was able to go next door to Walmart for what I needed This no cleaning policy should be prominent in your advertising. Otherwise, guests are going to be disappointed because their expectations were not met. We stayed 3 nights and payed over $400 for the room. The value was not there for me. Rooms should cost less per night for self service cleaning.

Beds were comfortable and ammenities were good, Location was very good for what were doing in the area.

heating didn't work properly, ran all night set at 70, temp was well over 70. guests from other rooms loud and obnoxious ALL NIGHT. Coffee served tasted burnt and had not be fresh for a long while. Housekeeping was very good and friendly, rest of staff was very indifferent. May stay again if necessary, but would look elsewhere first.

Dirty tub with hair in it. Beds awful. Not enough towels for 4 people and no towels at front desk.

Overall it was a nice stay even though they may have been short staffed.

Accommodations and breakfast were very good. Staff was helpful.

For a wedding stay and using the shuttle service to Cherry Creek Golf Course, we're told that shuttle driver wouldn't bring all wedding participants back to hotel at midnight (last shuttle) causing much consternation.
