Didn’t stay because it was terrible!

This hotel was under construction, the restaurant was closed, the room was terrible and overlooked a parking lot. We checked out immediately and were told we wouldn’t be charged they cancelled it and we went to grove park inn.

Beautiful views, great location. Wish I would have known about the renovation situation ahead of time

The showers were very nice and great Mountain views.

Great stay but changes could have been made.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. There shower was nice and spacious and the water pressure was good. The room room also had plenty of space to move around.

The room did not have a full length mirror which would have been very helpful when getting ready. There was also no closet to hang items in. The room did have a steamer but no ironing board which would have been convenient as there was nothing to hang the clothes up on to steam. Also the bathroom lighting was very poor. There was no light in front of the mirror but a dim one off to the side. We were informed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and maybe this will something that will be fixed. The television in the bedroom was also outdated.

Couldn’t have wished for a better view.

Our room was AMAZING! Corner penthouse the view was outstanding.

Pull out sofa in the living room by the fireplace was very uncomfortable.

Greatest hotel of all time

This is our favorite hotel. Super clean, beautiful views, very courteous and helpful staff. Nice snack selection, nice full liquor bar. Great coffee shop for the morning latte. Great valet service. And this last stay, we were there looking for wedding venues. The manager upgraded us to a penthouse suite, which was absolutely stunning. I'm already planning on booking a penthouse there for our wedding. We just love hotel indigo Asheville. Highly recommend!!!

Too many dogs in the hotel. I get pet friendly but I prefer not to sleep at a kennel. Otherwise the hotel is fine.

I like that you can leave your car there and walk to everything downtown. The bar is a nice place to unwind with a drink.

We enjoyed our stay!

The location wasn’t perfect but it worked. The breakfast was amazing and the portions were generous! The room was also quiet!

There was one chair in the room. A second chair (not rolling) would have been nice. Other than that it was great!

Great place for a short getaway

The location is great - just a short walk to downtown and close to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful!

Parking is valet only and $20/night.

Fantastic- have already recommended the Hotel indigo to others

Location was great- we could walk every where. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our bartender- he gave us great advice on making the most of our time in Asheville

Hotel is a cozy dream! The staff not so much!

The facilities at the Indigo are extremely comfortable. I always have a hard time falling asleep away from home but I went to sleep like a baby at the Indigo. I also found the bathroom shower and vanity spacious and very spa-like.

The Indigo is seen as one of the most upscale hotels in Asheville, however their customer service is sorely lacking. My husband dealt with a man at the front desk who was extremely condescending and rude. I also was dealt the same type of attitude when I called about two emailed receipts that I had received, which I needed clarification on.
