I would not return based on the service alone. But the facility was clean and very comfortable

Facility was clean and very comfortable.

Staff was extremely rude to multiple customers when we arrived 20 minutes early to check in. Front desk did not attempt to accommodate any of the guests and had a very snotty tone and unpleasant demeanor. Did not smile, rarely looked at the customers and did not provide an explanation/direction of where the rooms were located.

We enjoyed it. Staff were kind and attentive.

The pool was awesome!

The noise at night was pretty bad, people were kicking balls down the hall around midnight . Walls were thinner

We we stay again because the kids loved the pool and the rooms where wrong but still nice

We booked 2 rooms close to each other… at check in only had one room and it wasn’t even one of the ones we booked… it took a hour to get us another room and charged us way more for both rooms!!!

This location is our go-to for a day away from it all.

Would be nice if they added a waffle island, this way, there's not such a long wait to make waffles . Have at least 4

Great service great staff great breakfast

Mel and Leticia Were phenomenal. I booked my trip third-party and had a extremely bad issue with that third-party experience where Mel went above and beyond what she had to do and accommodated me as well as talk to the third-party about getting me a refund very very pleased with the overall service of this facility. if you’re looking for a great staff, who is also friendly this is the spot hands-down would definitely book again

I will only stay at Staybridge hotels moving forward!

The unit was a lot more spacious than I expected. It was clean and had toiletries. Everyone was nice and the pool area was amazing!

A great hotel with amazing pool!

We have stayed here twice and had a great time- the kids loved the pool! The second time we were given a free upgrade due to the size of our party, and the lady behind the desk could not have even more accommodating and kind. We will definitely be back!

Very poor

The staff was not friendly the room description doesn’t match the actual room. You only get a certain amount of wrist bands for the pool and have to pay for extra ones so if you have more then 3 kids your paying for the others to use the facility.

Nothing at all I was charged for a room that was advertised at 900sft and given a room at half the square footage that did not reflect the pictures advertised

Staff gave us a noon check out and then called us liars and said that they didn't along with extra fee! Will never stay here again!!!!

Nice for Families!

Pool area is awesome for the kids. The pool was very Hot and spacious, my favorite part. The room was spacious. The staff did really good at cleaning. Sometimes bugged too much to clean the room but it was nice to come back to a clean room. Might of been a couple of creepy people there but overall a nice stay.

Small breakfast area. The walls are too thin and floor creaked.

it’s a great and excellent place to stay!

the customer service is great, cozy studio, very clean, beds are very comfortable and we have a little nice kitchen in the room so we were able to cook our own food . it’s like a little home away from home😊

Good location, great room more for families rather than couples.

Location and room

The water park and pool are great for kids and families but for couples it would have been nice to go swimming or sit in the hot tub where it was more quiet. Even if they had adult hours after a certain time.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast was great.

The pools is actually smaller than shown in photos and the hotel charge extra $ per person if more than 3 people in the same room want to use the pool. The pool is shared with adjacent hotel and water didn’t look very clean/clear to me.

Exceptional

The hotel receptionist Arianna was amazing! We had a little problem with booking.com and our reservation, but Ari went above and beyond to accommodate and try to help figure out a solution. She even took us on a tour to see different room styles. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was beautiful, the room comfortable and exceptionally clean. I was impressed with the size and quality of the rooms, it was a good price. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The pool area is amazing for kids!! We will definitely stay there again, but I will book directly with the hotel next time not use a third party.

Customer service at Booking.com was not helpful. I talked to 3 different representatives and not one of them answered my questions. I was literally standing in the hotel lobby while on the phone but they kept saying they had to contact the hotel or the hotel wouldn't respond or they were waiting for a response and would have to call me back. Ari even called to see if she could take care of it and they didn't help. I was NOT impressed with booking.com customer service. However; because we couldn't get a straight answer, we just kept our reservation as it was and loved the hotel!
