The staff was kind and responsive.
I enjoyed the weight room.
The breakfast was always set out in a timely manor and the area kept neat by the gal running it.
No room darkening curtains, only shears, except for the edge of the windows. This left large spotlights blaring into the window (which doesn't affect my sleep, but might others). I did feel I needed to keep the lights off to change because of the lack of proper window treatments (my opinion!)

The location was very close to the Maverik center and good restaurants!
Linens were smelly, musty and uncleaned after we were told that housekeeping had just freshened up a room for us prior to check-in. The bed wasn’t made and pillows were damp. I didn’t sleep under the covers or use the pillows during the stay.

Staff was nice. Love the restaurant right there.
The ice machine was broken the whole time was there

Despite issues the staff was mostly friendly despite the language barrier. The hotel was also in a location by a lot of food but in a quiet enough part of town it wasn’t hard to get your barings in the morning.
The hotel, despite looking somewhat new, was in rough shape. The electronic lock locked us (as well as staff) out of our room so we got to see two, and both had lots of holes in the walls and questionable stains on the mattresses and sheets. The bathrooms also seemed pretty unclean. The morning we were going to leave their also was some miscommunication with staff about what room our things were locked in, and a worker just about walked in on us whiles still in bed!

I liked the convenient location, breakfast was good, front desk people were nice & helpful
Pool was down due to a crazy person breaking the windows, there was items left in our hotel room from previous customers, there was a homeless family directly outside our hotel room window, front desk person was constantly complaining about all the “crackheads” around

Coming back to room late in the evening had to circle the parking lot several times to get a spot to park. Most of the spots in the back parking lot were under water.

Nothing. Hotel was not very clean or professional staff was not very nice. Will not be stay here again
Everything. Hotel staff cleanliness of hotel. Hotel bed, rooms, bathrooms. Found a needle cap under our mattress. Just felt disgusting to even sleep in after. Who knows if they actually clean the sheets. Pool was not available to use. Staff did not let us know before checking in and could not discount our rooms.

They have everything that someone needs. Washers and dryers, gym and indoor pool. The breakfast was nice. Beds are comfortable. Pillows too.
I didn't like that the room was dirty. I had to get my grandson wipes to clean desk, there were crumbs under the TV. There were finger prints on the microwave clean that too.The mirror wasn't clean at all and there were nails clipped on the carpet and the walls from the bathroom were dirty. I didn't ask for another room because, I was told that there were short on staff and I just needed the room just to sleep, I was leaving early the next morning. I hope they can fix the problem soon because the hotel is not bad and the location is great. Even though, I was satisfied and grateful that they did have a room for us. We did need a good sleep.

Beds were comfy
Parking spots are too tight and there wasn’t enough parking for all guests. Staff was rarely at front desk and took over 1 hour to check in because they didn’t have rooms ready/ didn’t know what was ready. One elevator for the entire hotel makes for a long wait on a 4 floor place. Shower drain was clogged so it was like taking a bath shower.

Marc at the front desk was very helpful and nice!!
No freezer in the refrigerator and the blinds in the room were see through and the other blinds were not able to cover the window

close to event was attending.
house keeping didn’t make the bed until the last night we were there. asked the front desk to have them to make the beds not change the sheets just make them. had to demand the maids in person to have it done. she said they couldn’t do it because it was not written down. not happy about house keeping.

First of all no hot water the second morning then forgot a bag of clothes in our room. When called them the same day they said they didn't find them. Guess the cleaning lady needed them worse than my granddaughter. Be sure to take all belonging as they aren't very honest!😡

I liked how close to restaurants and other businesses the hotel is.
The bathroom doors do not lock, a few things were broken in the room and the bathroom needed a thorough deep cleaning.

I felt for the modest price, averaged to less than $100 a night for six nights, The Comfort Inn provided excellent amenities, for example, a hearty breakfast, 24 hour coffee, 24 hour desk service.
I'd like brighter carpets. At my age, things blend into a dark carpet.

easy place to get to 215 freeway
housekeeping talk in English hard to ask for clean room

safe area
I think it be a little bit cleaner I know it’s older, but the hallways were filthy in a sense trash on the ground here in there and that’s in the common area through each of the rooms and through getting up to the second and third floor I just think they need to be more detail about cleaning~ hotel room was not that clean to me for the rug. Take it could’ve been vacuum better I think a little more detail.

Breakfast was good just wish it ran a little longer than 9 the swimming pool and hot tub were nice, the reason we decided to stay here.
Having to go to the front desk to get a towel and the towel is really small. When you are getting out of the hot tub you are soaking wet and this towel did nothing to help that. The floors were always went in the hall from the pool to the elevator and the poor staff having to mop it multiple times a day is just a waste.

Breakfast was good as expected. That classic continental with waffles, eggs and meat. Price was decent but not an absolute bang for your buck.
The hotel is old. That is not an issue in general, but what they make out of it. It is smelly in the hallways, all the carpets are brown stained. Pool roof is missing a piece and rain was just pouring in.
Our room was decent sized and even had a fridge and a microwave. But it was dirty, somehow a roach got in the bathroom and the bed did not have any support because the mattress was definetly over its lifetime

it was close to a few restaurants
the property was not clean. the gym equipment was out of order and staff was not attentive to fix it. also the hotel seemed to foster homeless migrants in and out of it.

the rooms were great newly renovated and they were beautiful. the beds were comfortable
the property had a lot of trash and cigarette butts all over the place snd on several
occasions I watched employees of mainstays step right over the piles of trash and keep on walking. the employees here were so rude and would not continue to rent to us because I didn’t want to provide my guests identification. we were staying at this location because a family member was in the hospital on ICU and the employees here made an difficult time nearly impossible to deal with. do yourself a favor and find another hotel

Good location. Great value.
Hallways needed vacuuming. Coffee spills and litter from previous evening wasn't picked up.

Location wasn't bad.
The pictures for the room where stretched. They are actually smaller than depicted.
The bathroom floor was covered in hair, we had to use towels to cover the floor and make a runner to the sink area.
The carpet had not been vacuumed in quite some time, there was hair and debris all over it.
There was dust everywhere.
There was dried urine on the base of the toilet.
The tub did not appear to have been cleaned.
I would give this property a zero if it would haver allowed me to.
