Good experience & would stay there again.

Cost was good & location for our event was good.

The hot tub was not working, I had to ask for a hair dryer & there was no tv remote in the room & had to ask for one.

Access getting into parking lot was a bit confusing, only one way in and one way out (same way) for this hotel and the one next door, tucked behind Wendy’s.

Comfortable stay. Would return next time we are in the area.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Neal, at the front reception, was very courteous and helpful. He even delivered a bottle of body wash to our room as it was missing in our room at the time of check in. The breakfast is excellent with lots of food choices, and eggs & sausage/bacon, and a variety of fresh fruits every day. The gentleman on duty on Dec 28/2022 was particularly dedicated and refilled all food and beverage very efficiently. The ladies in the breakfast area were all very pleasant.

The room is missing 2 light bulbs.

Disappointing!

Breakfast staff was nice and housekeeping staff was nice. Front desk person who checked me in was rude and seem to be lost. She had no supervision. There was no supervisor or hotel manager on duty at the time of my check and I was told the manager would not be in until the next day. more training in customer service is required for the front desk staff. Bed was comfortable.

The front desk clerk was on the phone with a co-worker while checking me in. The room I was given was in the wrong floor. There was no supervisor or manager on duty to resolve the room issue. I had to call corporate office to get it resolved which took 90 mins. Would I stay there again NO!

Closest to feeling like home.

The front desk lady, Teresa was such a joy, she really brightens the place. The coolest part was they had the option to sign in to streaming services you already subscribe to right on the home menu of the TV, without paying for enhanced internet speed. Also get A couple premium subs for free.
