Very good. Appreciated staff;s helpfulness when my daughter got ill .....

Staff was very kind and helpful. The coffee was great! Good tasting water

The toaster only toasts one side of the bread. The eggs and sausage gravey were barely warm. I think it needs repair.

You can not false advertise, come on!

Some of the staff were nice. But they need more people to work!

The pictures are misleading. It really did not smell nice or look nice...and the bathroom was not what was shown. Oh. And a hot tub? Liars.

Very poor

We left before breakfast was served.

The room was extremely dirty. Stains in the bed, all over the carpet. The fridge froze everything in it and exploded pop cans I had put in. We were only given one bath towel for 2 people. But the absolute worst part was the frame hadn't been put on the bed correctly and there was about a 4 inch metal piece that stuck out from the bed. It was covered by the bed skirt so I didn't know it was there until I tripped over it in middle of the night severely bruising my leg and falling on my face. I thought I had been shot it hurt so bad and took me several minutes to get up and turn a light on to see what I tripped over. It could be extremely dangerous for someone. I'm thankful my child hadnt caught it. I stayed here the night before a trip and I could hardly walk through the airport the next day from the pain and I am fairly young. What a great start to a vacation.

The check-in lady was nice. The bed was comfortable.

The floors were really slippery going in the room, and the bathroom was slippery as well. We mentioned this to the front desk as we were leaving, and she giggled. Also, we were going to let her know about the lotion being used, but due to the fact she giggled about the slippery floors, what was the point. There was nothing in the bottle.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Your staff was very friendly. Great selection of channels on the TV. And it was very quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast!! I had to heat my food in the microwave. The selection could have been better. The coffee was very weak.

The manager was very nice and professional.

I had ants in the room and the day staff did not accommodate by switching my room. They said they could not do anything about the ants.

Don't chance it. Pictures are deceiving.

Nothing. Hotel pictures were VERY deceiving.

This place is dirty. Their were what appeared to be blood stain on bedding, curtains and lamp shades. Fraying carpets and beat up drywall. The hallways smell like stale cigarettes and you could hear people screaming (fighting) inside of their rooms. We only stayed long enough for us to book another room. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else.

A nice place to stay, good breakfast.

Rooms we’re really spacious, and clean. Breakfast was good, and loved the strawberry waffles!

Went swimming for short period of time. We were the only ones in there, and as we swam we noticed there was tons of hair floating in the pool, and getting all over us. The pool facility itself didn’t appear to be maintained very well as there was also trash, articles of clothing, dirty towels at almost every table.

Didn’t have didn’t stay walked in to the smell of weed and very uncomfortable feeling food splattered all over the walls rooms were not what they said in the details pictures were not of the hotel listed

Don't book for the hot tub... It no longer exists

The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable

There is no hot tub anymore which was upsetting. The gym has only two machines and was dirty .. The pool had bugs floating in it... Staff wasn't very friendly

Do not recommend a stay here for leisure.

Cold breakfast buffet selection was OK...

No "fitness suit" as advertised. No sauna or spa as advertised. Unclean pool area - very small pool. Shower was damaged and not cleaned properly. Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional - just didn't care and fobbed me off, refusing to address any of this and lied to avoid refunding me. I'm now in a process with my booking agent to try and get some money back. Definitely not worth the cost of the room.

Hidden gem

Breakfast was great,there a very nice well dressed lady making sure things were clean and tidy and she made sure there was plenty to eat.The hotel is much quieter than the last time we were there .Our room was clean,the beds were comfortable and we slept well.We have no complaints.we will stay again.
