I will never stay here again

I was charged twice for a one night stay because I booked through booking.com and paid for my room thru Klarna the next day after checking out, I was charged a second time for the full price of the room even though I had already paid through Klarna when I called and asked why, I was told I would get my money back within a few business days about a week and a half pass by so I called back and they switched their story and told me now I was charged because I supposedly smoked in the room and I don’t even smoke, so I will never stay in this hotel room again!!!!

It was very enjoyable.

Everything was expected and breakfast was great

I didn’t bring wall plug ins for my phone. I thought the room would have had a place to plug my phone cable. No big deal we just went and a couple.

It’s always clean and the staff is friendly

The hot tub was not working and is not expected to be working again at this facility. We will find another hotel for future visits because of this. We have been staying at this hotel for years!

A staff on double duty but with great customer service

I loved the room amenities, the warmth on the coldest day of the year and the speed/simplicity of check in and checkout. I am glad they use coffee makers and not the garbage producing pods. Finally, I liked that there was fruit at breakfast as well. The General Manager, Pavel, was extremely helpful and polite despite having to work between two hotels. He and his team deserve a lot of praise.

I want these chains to stop using plastic and styrofoam for breakfast, be more eco-friendly. This is not the local management's problem, it's Marriott. Also, the computer in the lobby seems to be for show. The computer is on but does not actually connect to the internet. I actually needed to print something bit it was impossible. The General Manager had to print it for me but at the OTHER hotel.

Fairfield Inn Was A Pleasant Stay And Exceeded Expectations

The Fairfield Inn in Naperville was exactly want we needed and was as advertised with everything we wanted to do. Our stay was for four nights and overall it was comfortable, quiet and secure. The only thing it did not have available was the pool but this was remedied with the pool available to patrons right across the parking lot with their sister property. The hot breakfast had everything we expected with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, milk, hot coffee, muffins and much more. Every morning it was not crowded and there was plenty of food. The breakfast bitems were continuously being stocked. Nothing ran out! The price per night was reasonable and one of the best prices in the area. We were very satisfied with the front staff and everyone working there. They answered all our questions and even helped us with freezing our ice packs! We reserved the King Executive Suite and it had plenty of room for the three of us. The King bed was comfortable anf the sofa pullout was roomy. Although the highway was close to us the noise was not a factor. The room was clean, maintained, and modern. No major problems with curtains, bathroom or electronics. Highly recommend this hotel and when we come back around the Chicagoland area we will definitely stay here again.

The pool was not available on property however they offered the pool at their sister property across the parking lot. Minor hiccup but easily resolved.

Having to be away from home for a week for work it could have been a bit better experience / price

The location was perfect for access to work, the breakfasts are ok, I was expecting a rotation on the same old eggs but I worked around that - I would have loved a bold coffee option with other creamers but understand supplies are not always available

I was expecting my reservation was the 1 king suite, apparently I got a double queen something... other than the shower and the king bed with a kitchenette I made do... The pillows I had to stack 2 firm to be able to sleep and for some reason I was checked out in error on Friday even though my reservation was for 6 nights, when they found my things still in the room obviously they realized the error.
