There were roaches crawling on our bed and the kitchenette l. I went there with my wife on our wedding day when we travelled there to see family and it was the most embarrassed I’ve ever been in my life’s and I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything.
Nothing as I said There were roaches crawling on our bed and the kitchenette l. I went there with my wife on our wedding day when we travelled there to see family and it was the most embarrassed I’ve ever been in my life’s and I requested a refund and still haven’t heard anything. Also there were police there removing a prostitute and there was no staff at all. Our room key wouldn’t even open the door and we had to have someone let us in our room…. With the key card plug in machine. It was literally the most embarrassing moment on the happiest day of my life…

Nothing
Worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. Bed bugs, rude staff and my property was stolen during my stay. You would be better off sleeping in a car or under a bridge than booking this hotel. Seriously, I cannot stress this enough, do not stay at this hotel.

The place was a disaster the room was dirty it smelled like nasty ass! This was more like a pay by the hour drug dealing hooker hotel

Location worked out well.
Property was in incredible disrepair. NONE of the doors in the building worked properly. The rooms were shoddily renovated and nothing was completed it seemed. TVs didn't work. The smoke detectors in both rooms didn't have batteries. Ice machine didn't work. Rarely was there anyone at the front desk. Air conditioner didn't work in either room. Broken mirror propped up on a wall in one of the room's bathrooms. Outlets that didn't work in both rooms. GFCI without cover in one bathroom. The property should probably be condemned.

The staff was friendly. The room, despite the many issues and terrible smell of smoke, otherwise showed that it had been cleaned. Toilet was clean, floor was clean, bed was clean.
Heavily smoked in room. My clothes and luggage were stained with the smell after I left and can smell it in my truck now. Very beat up, broken and patched everywhere in the room. Smoke detector ripped off and wires hanging, glad there was not a fire while I was there because I would not have been alerted. Bathroom door broken in half and patched badly, chair burnt and stained. Drawers of kitchen area peeling and water damaged or something. At first I thought price was good but not after I was acquainted with the conditions. They had said no refunds so to check things out first, however I was tired and ready for a shower. Slept with my clothes on and items packed ready to leave first thing.

The air conditioning worked, the TV and space were adequate
There was a roach in the bathroom, the sheets had stains on them and the cost was $220 a night which was way too high for the lack of blankets or clean sheets and old shower head.

The room had a small kitchen and was large and spacious the staff was extremely friendly and easy to talk to and very helpful
There was a lot of construction going on at the hotel a lot of damage that was just patched up in my room the shower tub had standing water in it with a rust ring on the edge of the water. They changed extra for regular housekeeping duties ie cleaning the room every day needing clean towels floor in the room was dirty had to keep something on your feet at all times

Needed to go to Columbia for my graduation from college. Found this motel through the Booking.com app, it was for a 1 BR suite, for $452 for 4 days. It was not expensive but figured it would be good enough, I was traveling alone, and I liked the idea of a kitchen. So, I booked and paid for four nights in February, paid through Booking.com for the weekend of April 30th. I book through Booking often, there is never a problem.
I fly into Columbia on the evening of my reservation, and take an Uber to the motel. I knew then, that this may be bad. Many of the cars in the parking lot were broken down and wrecked, and what appeared to be a shade tree mechanic working on a couple in the parking lot (jack stands and all). Oh well, I was just there for my graduation. I went in, told them I had a reservation and was immediately told they had no room; something about a flood. The next part got interesting, as I said I am already paid on a non-refundable booking.com deal, and asked how to get my refund. The front desk ladies were very nice, and 4 hours later, they made me a place in the motel. If this is where the story ended, I would give a good rating, and move on. Sadly, this was not the end.
Two days later, I graduated, when walking back into the motel, there was a new lady at the desk that said I have to pay to be there. I again pulled out my reservation, confirmation, and payment receipt, and was told that that did not matter, they did not get the money, and I can not expect to stay for free. Honestly, that ruffled my feathers, I am not used to being called a thief, especially when the receipt is in my hand. I objected, and she magically found where Booking had in fact paid them for me to be there.
I went to my room.
The next morning (day 3 of a 4-day reservation) The front desk was at my door, woke me up, and asked me what time I would be checking out. Back to the front desk again...
The place could use some help.

absolutely nothing
There was no staff at the desk to help me check in, I waited 5 min before someone came down the hall. the place wreaked of cigarette smoke and just smelled and looked dirty. I felt very unsafe there and could not sleep after getting checked in so I bailed and went to find a different hotel down the street. I tried to reach out to get a refund on at least one of my nights but no one ever picks up the phone.

Condom wrappers next to the beds. Sheets and Blanket smelled terrible. Wet Stains on the floor. Cops where at the facility at least 3 times in 3 days looking for people. Bad experience.

One of the most affordable hotels in the area. Staff was very nice.
There wasn't any hot water for the two nights I was there. Room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5:30pm. Room was "clean", but not immaculate like other hotels in the area.

There wasn't much to like except checking out and getting away from the place. At least the TV worked.
The check in. I was double charged because staff couldn't figure out how to process reservation from booking. The hotel halls smelled terrible. Room was somewhat clean but smelled bad and it lingered on my clothing.. No toilet paper, No facial tissue, no hot water, Someone had a key that worked in my door and tried to enter but was stopped by the security latch.

This place can’t be called a hotel. No AC, no sheets on beds, no screens on windows! How can they rent rooms. The nastiest hotel I have ever seen! Sleeping in your car is better!
I hated everything! So terrible!

What breakfast?
Elevator wasn't working and a wheelchair customer was left stranded on the 3rd floor. There was a water leak in the hallway of the first floor.
I had paid in advance for two rooms but when my daughter arrived (after us) she was made to pay for her room - this was only refunded after I pointed the mistake out.
