Very comfortable and clean!
Everything was great.

Beautiful facility, greater right away, very thoughtful staff, lobby smelled wonderful, very clean, bed was comfortable, our room opened to the courtyard. Pool was closed and looked a bit rough and it was indoors but I’m sure they had their reasons plus we didn’t choose it for the pool. Great water pressure in the shower, liked that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash full size bottles in the shower. They offered breakfast and have a bar that opens in evening but we did not partake in those. They have an market available with the necessities and snacks which is really nice.
There was not a thing I didn’t like, however we only where there from Saturday to Sunday.

The room was clean, comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for my travel. The staff was polite and very helpful! My cafe mocha and breakfast sandwich from the bistro was a nice touch to a wonderful stay.
N/A everything went well.

Courtyard by Marriott is my favorite hotel. It never disappoints. Friendly staff. I love the cleanliness, the options for food and drinks and other necessities when needed. I love the modern and upkept spaces, as well as the amenities offered. Those are important when traveling.
Everyone has a little different need for mattress comfort. I thought the bed was not as comfortable as I prefer, but overall it is great. Maybe add some more pillows.

how the room was set up you couldn’t watch the tv very well if you are laying on the left side of the bed

breakfast was good, room was clean and quiet.
we traveled 5 hours with an excited little boy to go swimming, never seen anywhere that the pool was gonna be closed nor were we informed until after the lady swiped our card. she said i could contact booking.com and request a refund & she wouldn’t charge us but who wants to do that after being in the car all day!!!!!! shower also didn’t get hot.

The bed was comfortable. Not much else.
Staff was horrible - including the ‘GM’. First of all - no one at the front desk presented a professional appearance; very off putting. Secondly, when checking in ( this is NOT stated in any literature associated with the property, website, booking website, etc), your credit card is charged for ‘the room cost, added taxes rounded up to the next dollar’ and an additional $20 is added for ‘incidentals’. The front desk does have a policy posted for “debit card”, but does NOT mention credit cards. When I objected, the self stated GM became very rude. The desk clerk hand wrote what were considered to be ‘incidentals’, but both she and the ‘GM’ refused to sign it. I intend to file a complaint with Marriott, the local BBB and American Express. I was told that that ‘all hotels do this’; first of all untrue and secondly irrelevant to this event. This ruined the entire stay. Oh, the water in the shower was lukewarm - never did get hot. Maybe Marriott needs to re-examine their notification policies.
Additionally - the information on Booking.com noted there was a ‘restaurant’ on site. Their ‘Bistro’ could hardly be considered a restaurant- more a glorified mini-bar.

my son felt safe here
It was far from the highway and anything else. there were kids running around and shouting all night.
AC was so loud and didn’t cool room very well. It kept me awake all night and I had another 10hours to drive the next day. This may not be the best place for a stop between TN and CO

I appreciated to lounge where food could be purchased
It would have been much more convenient if there would have been a complementary breakfast offered.

The air-conditioner blower was too loud and rattled.

I had stayed here previously and had great experiences but this time the bed was horrible and the noise from the road made it quite difficult to sleep.
Nicer beds. Noise blocking windows. Honestly, I think I got a bad room. However, a colleague had to switch rooms because his AC didn’t work and he was told several rooms on our floor had ACs that were old and didn’t work but people were put in those rooms anyway.
