Wonderful and extremely clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was delicious, beds were phenomenal to sleep in, water park was great (although geared more towards younger children my 13 and 15 year olds still enjoyed it). We will def be back again! Plus it is super close to shopping, dining and other activities.

Poolside bar never seemed to be open which was kind of a bummer.

Good access to Madison. Hwy 12 & 14 nearby. Many restaurants nearby.

Good breakfast for extra charge. Nice pool, but very noisy and busy.

Overall, we had a great stay!

The pool/water park area looked nice but we did not use it during our stay. The rooms were clean comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good, too!

The hotel was not really near any other restaurants or activities. We did Uber to an event which was reasonable.

I enjoyed access to the Waterpark. I enjoyed free parking.

Less noisy. Actually having a pull out couch like it stated in the room information. However we did not get a pull out couch and our son had to sleep in bed with us.

Loud noise without any help from hotel staff to address the problem which lasted all night.

Pool was nice and check-in was easy. Staff was friendly when we arrived.

The noise from the surrounding rooms was all night long. Loud music until midnight and tv’s turned up all the way left on all night and into the morning hours. I called and texted for assistance and got no response until 7:50 AM which by that point caused me and my family to not get any sleep all night. The we are “sincerely sorry” we didn’t get to this sooner was a less than acceptable response to an all night problem!

Everything! It was so nice. The money I spent I expected a lot less. 💯 amazing. Staff was so nice and the rooms were so cozy. Very nice place.

For a standard boxy hotel this one is surprisingly pleasant with a proper bar and restaurant and great value breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfy room. Lots of USB charge points

The room was very nice.

They need to better monitor the pool area and quiet hours. The pool had quite a few unregistered guests which made it really crowded. Kids and teens were running around in the halls and super loud at midnight. No parents in sight.

I liked the pool area and the bed was comfortable.

We had to wait to check in due to the receptionist chatting away with a security guard. The room would be nice if regular maintenance was kept up with. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall causing a big dry wall mess. The other party that we were staying with room flooded. No one ever came down to look at it or clean it up. There are only 2 elevators making the wait time very long. We went to the pool area but had to wait in line due to it being at capacity.

Fun pool area and nice room but terrible restaurant service

The pool area was absolutely perfect for our kids’ ages. The staff was incredibly helpful! Coupons from staff were amazing!

Mixed communication- breakfast “coupons” but everyone actually got it free— glad I didn’t pay for the upgrade option! The restaurant took literally forever to receive food and waitress forgot over five items. Extra comforter for pull out bed not on room as stated, but staff brought immediately. Two shampoos in room instead of a conditioner- maybe this isn’t incorrect.

Horrible, I will pass along my "honest" review to all.

Truly nothing was positive. This place is only concerned about revenue, not the patrons they claim to want to accommodate.

Lack of communication by the manager specifically. He was given a direct voicemail twice and two front desk staff hand written notes of our outreach. Apparently he's too important and too busy to even speak with guests after they're reservation has passed. In my opinion, a true coward of conflict and resolution, he has zero skill to speak with PAYING or continued future potential customers, very cowardly, unprofessional, appalling that he's in a hospitality role and ironic he lacks people skills.

If the reason you're coming is the pool, check ahead of time to see if it's operational.

The main pool wasn't operational. That's the whole reason we booked that time there with suites and brought kids. I ended up getting a bit off my bill, but I would have just canceled the whole thing if I had known ahead of time. They said it would be fixed the next morning...it wasn't. So we were never able to use the pool and waterslides which is what the small ones wanted to do.
