Communication

Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room and entire hotel were clean.

I was not properly checked in. We almost paid more money due to this error. If you make a .mistake, no problem, it can be fixed if communicated to the customer properly. No, communication cause both parties to be frustrated, I am glad the morning clerk was able to correct the problem. This is the reason for the 6.

Decent hotel, convenient location, poor customer service.

The room was good sized for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good. Breakfast was good and there were many options to choose from. The hotel overall was clean.

The toilet in our room (313) was clogged after just one use and the water overflowed onto the floor. We used all of the towels to soak up the water immediately and called the front desk. The clerk informed us that nobody from maintenance was available, and the only option she had to offer was to bring up a plunger. When she brought up the plunger, I asked for the wet towels to be picked up along with some clean towels to replace the ones we used. We unclogged the toilet and went out to grab some dinner. When we came back, the wet towels were still in our room and no fresh towels were brought. The toilet was still clogged and was not working properly. We had to use the lobby bathrooms instead of the one in our room. The next morning, I went to the desk and again asked for the wet towels to be removed so we could shower, and for clean towels to be brought up, again. She went and fetched me three towels at this time, explaining that this was all she had. No apologies were ever offered throughout this stay. We were never offered to move to a different room, and when checking out, the clerk again never apologized for the inconvenience of not having a working toilet. The wet towels were still in the bathroom when we left. I will not stay at this hotel again.

My stay was just what the doctor ordered...

I liked the fact that your breakfast didn't just have pork sausage only for breakfast , I was able to get turkey sausage instead of only pork, that was a plus for me and my wife. I also left my cloths in the closet , and I called back to your hotel and I spoke with Amber and she said your hotel would mail my cloths back to my address with 50.00 I had left as a deposit. I really needed that!!! So as you can see I was pleased...:)

I enjoyed everything just as it was . I know there can always be room for improvement with anything, but because I left my cloths in the closet and your hotel is sending them to me, that out weights anything I saw that was out of order.

This is a nice hotel, prices are a little high but I will probably stay again since we are in Mobil

Breakfast was pretty good, location was convenient, room was reasonably clean.

Room was reasonably clean but there were bits of trash on the floor. There were plenty of pillows but they were all the same-- very soft. The shower/tub floor was slick. If there is no maid service for a 2 night stay, there should be a discount for the 2nd night.

I probably will stick with the Marriott hotel during my next trip.

The bed was exceptional…my room bathroom door was or had been touched up with paint and the job wasn’t completed. The breakfast was fresh and hot; however I would highly recommend some regular or turkey bacon.

When a guest walk through the door please acknowledge them when you are on the phone. I have a pet peeve about responding to a telephone customer when a walk in customer is being serviced. Flushing the toilet 🚽 was a terrible experience.

Superb

Breakfast was as expected and was good. It was close to 10am and there was plenty food still out for late comers. That's appreciated.

Water on arrival and told me the time for breakfast at checkin....desk receptionist exceptionally friendly and pleasant.

Fire alarm testing woke me from a much needed rest but I know it has the done

Great location clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Location perfect. Facilities very clean with polite staff. I left them a tip each morning.

Food could have had some seasoning just little plain don’t recall any fruit.

It was a great stay, sadly I missed the breakfast because my lazy child wouldn’t get up. But breakfast was good last tim

Have stayed here before. it’s a nice place to stay and always have a good stay with Hampton no matter the location.

Not really an issue, but site was understandably undergoing renovation and ingress, egress was partially obstructed, but no complaints here. we were able to come and go as we pleased.

Breakfast was good as usual. Coffee was ready when I got there and when I came down early for it. I always feel safe staying in this Hampton Inn and will continue to chose it when ever I have to be in Mobile, Al.

Disappointing. Way too expensive for service and quality.

The room was spacious.

Both elevators were out and the staff did not seem to care. not one, but both. And for a long time there was not a even a sign. When I checked in, the front desk person did not greet me and did not even acknowledge me for 2 or 3 minutes. Not a pleasant experience.
