It was great but better customer service…

I like the fact that it was clean

The employees have a smart mouth… And the fact that we have to pay a $40.00 deposit and when I booked it ddnt say anything about it… please be better with letting your customers no that they have a deposit to pay along with the amount that they have to reserve the room

All in all great except for the traffic noise.

The walk in shower was great. The breakfast gal was very cheerful and everything was very clean.

Not as bad as it sounds, just be prepared.

Some of the staff were nice and accomadating. Location was very close to stores. Room was good size for the price. Room was clean and my kods actually got to walk barefoot on the carpet and their feet weren't black, like many hotels.

Called for 6 hours, phone was down apparently. Indoor pool was closed. The reason we booked this hotel. It finally opened the second day, in which it was ice cold anyway. Back door stayed proped open. Breakfast was ok. Ended up going to the grocery store to buy breakfast foods worth eating. But can't complain if it is "free", right? Had to ask 3 times for clean towels, eventually, I had to bring my dirty towels down to exchange for clean towels. Sofa bed was a bust...HORRIBLE.

I made a reservation for 2 queen bedrooms and when we got there they gave us a bedroom with 1 queen bed, we had to go back to the front desk and let them know, they gave us a room with 2 bedrooms.

The beds were comfortable and it was clean.

They knew we had small kids and gave us a shower room so we couldn't give them a bath. The staff weren't friendly or accommodating, they were constantly asking when we were going to leave so they could clean the room eventhough check out wasn't until 12. The pool was absolutely freezing and didn't have towels on the shelves. Website said it had a spa/hot tub and it didn't. The "breakfast buffet" was just a bunch of snack cake muffins and microwavable breakfast sandwiches....

They cancelled my reservation then gave me a smaller one as compensation

The front desk lady did the best she could to help fix things since the location cancelled our reservation because we were checking in late

They cancelled my reservation even though I messaged them through the app and let them know we would be a very late check in. They gave me a smaller room then what I reserved so my brothers had to sleep on the floor because they gave my room away.

location. that’s about it.

The lady at the front counter told us the pool closed at 11 at check in then we walk by the pool and it was completely closed. When we asked the same lady who told us it closed at 11 about it she said yeah it’s closed today…. like did you not say that at check in… I would have went somewhere else. not a good selection for breakfast. and I was charged more than what I booked it for.

Fantastic stay!

The breakfast was great. The person attending the breakfast area was the most pleasant and joyful person I have ever encountered working in guest services. I will come back just to see her. Thank you!

We had to change plans due to my grandmother passing and they wouldn’t refund my stay. I had to go up through Georgia to Tennessee then through mobile to Texas. Very upset

We would probabky stay here again.

Clean, fantastic breakfast, indoor pool, gym, knowledgeable front desk staff, coffee available in evenings.

Our room had a very large gap at the bottom of the door and on the side it opens, enough to see in the hallway. Creepy. It seemed like the door had been reset or replaced and very poorly mounted.

a good deal for Mardi Gras week in Mobile.

Very comfortable clean room and nice beds.

Unbearably freezing cold indoor pool with a heated one listed. Internet access did not work also even after tips from front desk person.
