The location was great.
The breakfast was horrible. The room wasn't clean. Multiply fingernails were on the floor. The sheets were dirty. The room had an odor. The bed, chair, and window shade were broken in the room.

Location
It wasn’t clean, a lot of dust on surfaces that I wiped down. Rooms needs some updates, but at least need to be cleaned. I changed rooms only to still not be satisfied. My sister had to change to change rooms also and still wasn’t satisfied.
3.5
Nothing because the rooms wasn't worth what I paid for and the ice machine didn't work ...
When I did my booking the prices change when I got to the place...

The room was full of roaches made me sick

It was overbooked and I didn’t stay because Booking.com never called me to tell me it was sold out when Fairfield Inn/Marriot told them it was sold out. Poor customer service from Booking.com, as there is no number to call to inform anyone without jumping through a ton of hoops. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and told me she contacted Marriot to see form them, so they could inform me through the booking company.

Convenient near eating places
The day of check-in my room was not cleaned. Bed was not made and bathroom was a mess. There was no manager on site to speak with and no on could get in contact with any managers. The attendant at the front desk look like she was so overwhelmed. There was a couple ahead of us the man was handicapped and they were having issues. We checked in room and went out after everything the couple was still waiting to be checked in. Basically they were over booked. Mr. Jerry a worker there helped us with everything from making sure we had another clean room and then he checked the room before we entered. He made sure we had cleaned towels, fixed one of the TVs. Everyday we seen him he asked how things were and if we needed anything. He deserves a BIG raise. Management needs to change. This location is WAY different from the last time we stayed a few years ago.

Location was great
The people next door woke me up multiple times with their headboard or bed frame banging into the wall my bed was set up on. I could literally here them having sex all night. The walls are too thin. Also the bright light shining outside facing the hotel is ridiculous. The blackout curtains never stayed together enough to keep that bright light out that of course aimed directly where my head would be when sleeping. So I literally had to sleep with a pillow over my head to keep the light out of my face. The towels in my room were damped upon my arrival at 1am. Maybe they were hoping they would dry by the next morning. There was also hair in my bathroom and a dead roach on the floor. I had no time to complain about all of these things and switching to another room could have been an option but I’m sure the other rooms were similar. I’m lucky I only had to deal with the sex addicts for one night. The breakfast was terrible. At the very least you all need to put a waffle iron and or pancake maker out. The water egged and microwave sausage that looked uncooked is disgusting. All I could eat out of the options was toasted bread. Again the only good thing about the hotel was the location right next to ihop and the price. But you do get what you pay for.

I was very disappointed. The room was rundown and I just couldn't relax because of this.
