The hotel overall was very nice except for the stay in the room.

Staff was very friendly. We were able to check in early which was great. We even got a call from staff to make sure our accommodations were acceptable which we said yes.

Well to start the room was ok until we found roaches in the closet while we were looking for an additional pillow and blanket. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable once we went to bed. I was very disappointed in the stay over all.

Not very enjoyable.

The location was okay.

The toilet seat was coming loose and the bathroom door would not close. The size of the room did not meet the cost of what I paid for it. It was also little noisy when trying to sleep.

The stay was not what I expected for the rate I paid.

Great location with friendly staff.

Bath tub molding uneven and it scraped my foot. The bathtub drain was SLOW. I had to stand in water up to my ankles when showering. It took over 30 minutes to 1 hour for the water to drain. Please note that this happened showering.

Your reservations through booking.com are considered lower priority, worthless if hotel overbooks

Courtyard overbooked so my reservation was canceled because it was made through the third party - booking.com. Even though Courtyard had sent us a email for early check-in the night before. Courtyard made us alternative reservations at Comfort Suites which was a less than desirable hotel. Courtyard paid for the first night at Comfort Suites and we paid for the second night. We ended up leaving at 6:00 pm the second night even though we had paid for the night. Courtyard has a totally unacceptable way of doing business. I will never use booking.com or stay at Courtyard by Marriott again.

Fire, no assitance from staff

Location needs a another entrance/exit only one is not good.

the hotel caught fire on the second night of my stay. was left in parking lot till around 11:00 PM or later, no asistance from staff on finding other accomadtions . no contact from hotel regarding any items that was left in room,(ie chargers, earrings etc.)Just no contact, So not impressed with how staff/ hotel handled the situation at all.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! DONT STAY HERE

Location was ok.

The room was not in order - the towel rack was on the floor. The sofa bed was misleading and very uncomfortable. I was completly disappointed that this was a MARRIOTT HOTEL! And to top it all off the ONLY REASON I chose this hotel over Holiday Inn was that on the website it said it had a Jacuzzi. When I arrived and went downstairs it was covered with CEMENT! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL OR SAY HERE AGAIN!

great location

shower curtain mildew, had tree bugs inside the hallways, had to pay 2 dollars to was and dry my clothes and it should of been free for the amount we pay to stay and cause of the name, need to have a courtesy van, the outlets in the rooms need next to the beds needs to be updated you can’t plug in your phones or laptop also they should add usb outlets.
