This is a good nice clean Hotel if you're on a budget number one in Lufkin as far as I'm concerned.

location was fantastic, likely the best in Lufkin! Value is spectacular. This hotel is for a minimalist like myself. Everything was great nice clean the rooms aren't that big but that's okay. It served our needs the breakfast was adequate. For $80 what do you expect great value that's what I expect!

It would have been nice to have a clean pool to swim in but this is the time of year where they cut that back. There may be two more weeks where the pool is open anyway.

We always stay when we visit family. They are remodeling and the rooms looks so much nicer! So much better then before.

Floor felt a little dirty when walking on it.

Rude manager, lied on the website that they have a swimming pool, after arriving at the property, I was told the pool is out of order. Why not say so on the booking page? That is using deception to get people to book!

No daily cleanliness, and weird reasons for avoiding daily. Out of my 7 days stay only 2 days room cleaned and that cleaning was also not so good. Really unhappy with overall experience

BED BUGS! I was told they had bedbugs after I made my reservation. So, I called and asked and the clerk confirmed that some rooms do. I was told her would put us I. A recently sprayed room. NO THANK YIOU! I told him we would not be staying and he said, you will still be charged AFTER telling me they have bed bugs!

Not worth the price.

Room was clean.

No inside hallways. No hot breakfast other than toast/waffle machine. No fruit juices. Only enough towels for 1 person. Low shower pressure. Lots of road noise. Bed too hard woke up with back neck pain each day.

Floors were sticking in the room. TV did not work and neither did the coffee maker. Glad the coffee maker didn't work because upon looking closer at it, it was filthy. Had it not been so late when I checked in and I been so tired I would have demanded a refund.

Awful experience DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Staff was incompetent and/or extremely rude. We were double charged. Our keys would constantly stop working until I complained about it. The rooms were dirty. The room my kids stayed in one of the beds had a wet bleach spot on it that you could smell as soon as you opened the door. When I went and asked for new linens, because the phones didn’t work,the guy wrote the room number down and said he would bring them over. We waited for a while and decided to go eat dinner and when we came back still no new linens. It had been over two hours by then. We went and got the linens from him and made the bed ourselves. Both rooms were filthy with orange hand prints on the walls and other smudges. One guy, the rude one, refused to refund the pet fee on the kids room because he said it was listed that there was a pet in there. When I told him that we only had the one dog and that he was staying in the room I was in he said that housekeeping would check the rooms and then remove the fee, that was on the second day. When we went to check out the fee was still on there and I asked about it he told me the same thing about housekeeping checking the room. So I asked why didn’t they check when they cleaned the rooms the other day? No answer. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. The continental breakfast was just sad. Anytime someone would go to the lobby the rude guy was always hiding out in the office with the door shut so it looked like nobody was working there. This was by far the worst stay we have ever had at any establishment and we have stayed at some sketchy places before.

Continental breakfast good except juice machine didn’t work and no other options offered.

Handicap room requested however had to climb two sets of stairs to get to and from room. Coffee pot didn’t work. Remote to TV broken. Couldn’t call front desk because phone didn’t work! No Wi-Fi info given at check in.

Worst Laquita I have ever stayed in.

The location was perfect.

One of the beds sheet had stains on them. The floors were stained,it looked as though it was blood. The tub was dirty. We had roaches in there as well. And the sink smelled like sewer. When I got in that night I didn't have the time or energy to complain.

I didn't like the fact that I had a $50 deposit and I wasn't informed that before I got there because my thing is what if I did not have that $50 then I would not be able to stay in the room and my fee was not refundable.
