The room smelled clean, not stale like most hotels. The breakfast was above average for a hotel also, like the jars of nuts and etc. you can use on cereal or oatmeal and quiche, not the typical boring stuff!
Nothing!

The breakfast was very nice
Pool and workout room
The fact that I had asked for towels for me and my girls 13hrs before we returned that night and we still didn’t get fresh towels so I had to go get them myself
We were so tired nobody wanted to keep waiting so we went to bed instead had to get up early to shower, eat and grocery shop for my college student then get on the road to travel 5 1/2 hrs away

Very friendly staff. And room was very nice and clean.
Waffles need to be freshly made and not pop in a toaster.

The employees were very professional. The food was also very good
The king suit could have been a little bit bigger for the price we paid for it

It was OK.
Breakfast was missing the waffle maker.

Eggs were light and fluffly. Sausage was good. Biscuits were good. (would have preferred them offered individually).
Only offered muffins and bagels. Would have liked toast. Biscuits and sausage should have been available as separate items. Didn't find the jelly tucked way back in the corner until I threw away the biscuit that I didn't want to eat dry.

Staff is always great. Quick check in and location is good.
Nothing bad to say. I do wish there was better water pressure.

This facility has not kept up today's common amenities.
Usb ports for fast charging
Cat 6 ethernet ports for hard line hook ups
Having to disconnect lamps for additional outlet space.
Needs to refresh its electronic age.

What I liked most about the stay was the comfort of the beds. The bathroom was nice, and the overall appearance of the grounds were nice. The coffee was good.
The breakfast was HORRIBLE! Not the entire breakfast, the prepackaged items were fine. But the eggs were not fully cooked, and the biscuit/sausage was like it was steamed- yuck! The biscuit needed to be browned. For the cost of the room my family and I were planning on eating the breakfast as part of our budget.

COVID is pretty much over. The cost of the room is the same as before COVID. Get back to providing the services like making beds, providing clean towels. The breakfast was meh
We won't be staying there next year.

What was there, food wise, tasted good and was hot, just the least variety of any hotel I’ve stayed at.
Breakfast was so so. It was the only disappointing part of our stay. Little variety, only fresh food were badly bruised bananas. No toaster the first day to toast the packaged waffles. No bread/jam/peanut butter or bagels/cream cheese.

Room was nice size - good layout. Location relative to dining, shopping, points of interest is very good.
If you are there on a Saturday morning and your room is on the back side of the hotel, plan to wake up early. Saturday is “dumpster day” for the restaurants & other businesses on the adjacent properties - the steady string of whirrs & booms begins a little before 6:00 a.m.
Hot water source must be far removed from some of the rooms. When hot water was needed, typically had to run the water on full for up to 4 minutes - seems incredibly wasteful.
The refrigerator in the room has no user-accessible adjustment & doesn’t get things very cold.
Breakfast items are limited. Packaged waffles and muffins need heated, but no microwave or toaster out for guests - have to catch the kitchen help to use the kitchen microwave. She is very nice about doing so, but seems silly that she should have to. Apparently, they are in the process of changing the menu.
