Very comfortable

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was actually really good.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and the TV seemed like it had a mind of its owns own, don’t ask, you probably wouldn’t believe me.

Location

Check in person made me VERY uncomfortable upon check in . Mentioned something about men asking for my number a lot , asked multiple times if I was staying alone ,where I was going next etc . I was scared to sleep that night and barely did

Location. Plenty of restaurants around.

No housekeeping provided. Room was not clean my entire stay. I had to get towels from the front desk.

Ms. Sylvia was exceptionally helpful. There was a problem with our reservations. The first two clerks weren't trying to be helpful. But Ms. Sylvia came to the rescue. She didn't stop until she figured out the problem.

The rooms are cleaned every three days, not everyday.

it was great.

the beds was so comfy and it was close to Memphis without having to stay in Memphis.

needs more luggage carts- there was never any available bc people kept them in their rooms. the only other thing that didn’t have to do with the property is the large group that was checking in around 11:00 pm and the kids were sooo loud which made it hard to get to sleep and we were on the third floor.

We love it here.

The breakfast was very good , always is . The rooms were clean & fresh . Miss Sylvia at the front desk is amazing , she is so friendly & helpful . They have a real jewel in her . We love staying here just because of her .

Superb

Overall cleanliness and close to all the shopping centers, food places, and easy to find.

As we were checking out, we discovered that someone vehicle had been broken into and to know my fiance al.ost park there but changed her mind . Guest should feel safe and maybe so.e types of security should be looked at to keep future awareness for the guests family.

Birthday stay

The check-in was fast and easy. The staff at the front desk was super friendly. The room was clean and I think it has been remodeled, I think.

Update the pillows please my feet were up in the bed and my head was down, i wrestled all night with it. The middle of the tub felt like it was going to fall in, when you step close to the shower.
