Great hotel for travelers and families

Great, attentive and friendly staff. Nice pool. Great food offerings for afternoon snack and breakfast. Very clean and new appearance. Good brewpub/restaurant across the parking lot.

Amazing breakfast!!!

The only thing that was kind of a problem being able to hear the upstairs rooms every move.

it was disappointing, and we felt that we were not cared for.

Breakfast was good…

Our phone did not work, our sink was clogged and was not being worked on till 12pm the next day when checkout was at 1pm. we got back from Bloomsday to shower before our drive home and was unable to.

easy access right off the freeway, friendly staff, good breakfast

the guy above me was so loud none of us could sleep even with a sound machine on. in hindsight I should have called and complained but the walls/floors are paper thin and you can hear every little thing

Everyone was extremely nice and the breakfast buffet was wonderful

There wasn't anything I can think of that I didn't like. Was only there a little bit for one night.

We couldn't ask for a more responsive staff.

The food was fresh, hot/cold as appropriate. It was easy to converse with other guests. Staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping gave us the support we requested, and left us alone when asked.

Well. The toilet was problematic. It was low to the ground, and as seniors a bit difficult to get up. The water level in the bowel was so high that my husband's hand got wet when using tp.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Also, the restaurant/bar next door was terrific.

Excellent breakfast, full variety of items from eggs to yogurt. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with everything.

The toilet in the room is too low. A grab rail is needed in order to stand up after sitting.

It was fine but did not meet my expectations having stayed a week prior at another Holiday Inn Express n Richland, WA

The price was good and the staff were very friendly.

the bed wasn’t comfortable and it seemed kinda run down. the tub was pretty dirty

Disappointing

Stains on bedding and towels, room smelled bad, conditioner in shampoo bottle, toilet paper holder coming out of wall, stains in bath tub. It was a huge disappointment!

I have mobility issues which makes stairs a challenge and while it was OK that I was not able to be accommodated with a first floor room The elevators took exceptionally long
