Horrible

Nothing 1 there was no couch in the room and I paid for a deluxe Queen beds 2 the bed had coffee or something brown poured down the mattress First Lady said there was nothing she could do because it was booked thru Booking.com 2 lady gave us another room no couch but the sink bowl was cracked in 4 sections and glued back together

The room looked nice, the breakfast was tasty.

Unsupervised rowdy teens in the Pool. A sign indicated children under 16 must be supervised. Staff told the rowdy kids were 12 years old and that was old enough to be in the pool area unsupervised. I left earlier than planned and my grandchildren were disappointed, but there was a group of 5 girls and a boy who were diving and being rowdy.

I booked the room for my sister whose daughter was flown into the hospital there for a medical emergency. She said the people were extremely nice and the bed was especially comfortable.

Definitely recommended.

Decent breakfast, plenty of protein options including scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, yogurts. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nothing was really wrong.

Decent location, off the beaten path

Front desk staff despondent on check in, no smile, no eye contact, seemed disappointed we were there…coffee packages in the room didn’t have stirring sticks…floor carpet had stains…walls way to thin, heard the people above me all night long…have stayed here before without these problems, maybe new management?

Excellent with a small mess on the side

The breakfast and bed were phenomenal. The location was good for me because I was visiting family who lived 5 minutes away.

The toilet clogged on me. I am very used to water- saving toilets and have good habits with toilet paper, but the toilet in my room clogged. I was forced to go get the hotel's plunger, which took a while to succeed, and I was almost late for my plans because of it. Please install better water-saving toilets.

Good location, perfect for a short stay

The location was perfect for what we needed. We appreciated that there was breakfast every morning and access to a fitness room and pool/hot tub. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The lighting in the room could be improved, even with all of the lights on, it felt really dark in the room. Having a breakfast available every morning was appreciated, but would have liked a little more variety in what was offered.

Comfortable beds and decent breakfast

Rooms were dirty and smelled. The doors are not sound proof so we could hear everything going on in the hall. The hot water was always lukewarm it never got hot enough for our showers.

We use this LaQuinta anytime we are in Spokane. We were there one year ago on break and the staff was the same people this year. Nice to see that.

Cost exceeded the quality of the stay.

The location was great for our travel needs. Resturants and shopping areas were close by and traffic was minimal. Staff was friendly.

Arrived at 3:00pm which was an hour earlier than anticipated room was not ready. Offered a suite. Room was clean with the exception that main rug was torn, a light was out in bathroom area, tv had to be reprogrammed.

A great location just a short distance from the Interstate yet very quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast was very good, scrambled eggs and sausages every morning for breakfast - could have used bacon one morning... Has waffle machines and that's good. Would have enjoyed a bagel more than English muffins and the toasters are way slow. But overall, a very good deal for a free breakfast and it was enjoyable.
