Wine and cheese happy hour and free breakfast!
10.0
This is such a charming little hotel, literally right on the water. It's pretty, and comfortable. They have a lovely happy hour each night, continental breakfast brought to your room, and the staff is so friendly and helpful (shout out to Jonathan who crawled around our floor figuring out how to reconnect the cable box). We wanted to go into the city for a couple of things, but also do some wine tasting. This was the perfect location because the ferry right outside the hotel takes you right to the Ferry Building, and then it was an easy drive to wineries as well. Plus it's in a cute little neighborhood with restaurants and shops, yet also nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
Not many complaints honestly. Our breakfast tray was a bit random a couple mornings and the bathrooms are a little outdated (but clean and had an amazing shower).

the bed not so comfortable

We loved the bikes and the wine at 5 pm, they were complimentary which made the value better. The view was amazing.
Construction next door resulted in early banging. The microwave and toaster are haphazardly balanced in view of the TV on top of the refrigerator. The bathroom fan is a bit ineffective.

Great location on the water in Tiburon. Maybe the friendliest and most accommodating staff that I've experienced in a while. The continental breakfast was much better than I expected and a great way to start off the morning.
The room was comfortable but the bath could use better lighting.

Excellent service. Room was beautiful, right in the heart of town. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Paid parking across the street was very convenient! We will be back!

Loved everything! The staff, gift bag, chocolates, coffee, breakfast delivered to our door, fireplace in our room, ambience, incredible restaurant next door and the location. Note: If you have a trailer or are towing anything, you’ll have to park in the lot by CVS.

On the water just steps from good places to eat and from the ferry. Very congenial front desk. Breakfast in bed. Very comfortable, clean, and quiet. Nice view. Sweet little balcony.

The folks working at the facility were terrific. Efficient and kind.
The outside patio is absolutely beautiful. Looking across the bay to SF was stunning.
Wish it was a little cheaper. But I know that Tiburon (Shark in Spanish) is very expensive. Would stay there again!!
Great jumping off point to Muir Woods, and an easy jaunt back into San Francisco!!

We enjoyed the gift baskets on arrival. We had driven so to be greeted with wine and chocolate was a nice surprise.
My only disappointment was the Sorvino's and the Mexican restaurant had closed during covid. I did not know that. We ate at Sam's.

We loved our stay at Water’s Edge! Main Street was adorable and the hotel could not have been better located to explore Tiburon. The staff were all so nice. It was like coming to stay with family! “Breakfast in Bed” meant being able to get a little something in before going to explore areas like Point Reyes or Muirwoods. Then coming back to sit by the fire made for a cozy evening. We did not want to leave! We look forward to coming back and spending more time.
We loved the property - the only con I would say is not even about the hotel - some of the stores are open only odd days out of the week so we did not get to enjoy all Main Street had to offer due to this.
