Highly recommend a beautiful hotel and wonderful staff

Hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Better than I could have imagined. But the staff was the absolute best. We were celebrating my daughter's 12th birthday and everyone was so kind to her. She felt so special. Literally everyone we saw told her happy birthday and were willing to do anything to help us celebrate her.

Great Value

The design of the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for grandparents and three teens. The sofa fold out meant everyone had a comfortable bed. The staff were great!

Breakfast bar could have more fresh fruit and pork sausage.

Great place to stay!

It was conveniently located, the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The lady who ran the breakfast area was amazing.

Nothing except we felt the bed was too soft but you can’t please everyone!

Will stay at Piper Glen whenever in the area.

We have stayed at Piper Glen a number of times before so we knew we would have a nice stay. Staff was cheerful and answered questions we had. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving in the eating area could not have been more helpful and was a dear, sweet lady.

The rooms were nice, the only ugly thing is the outside, the paint job looks very very cheap.

Room was great besides the stench of cat urine

Hotel is pet friendly and our room smelled like cat urine. Th windows were left open when we arrived (January) to try to mitigate the smell and they never said anything

I’d book here again, great for families.

The breakfast was ok, great coffee! The bed was comfy & the staff was friendly.

Enjoyed our stay - would stay again.

The breakfast was excellent and the woman helping the guests with the food was terrific. The main desk staff both at late night and early morning were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom sink is a little low but I assume that is to accommodate smaller children.

Room was GREAT!

We absolutely loved our suite!! The 500 sq. ft. room had everything we needed for us and our two grandchildren. A whole kitchen area with glasses, cups, plates, and all that it's needed for a stay over! The room was very clean! Right enough space for a family of four and the whirlpool was what my husband and I needed after a long drive and day! The children loved the pool!!

The room should have two TVs in a large suite instead of just one.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, but major updates are needed as hotel is dated.

The carpet. At this point all hotels need to remove all carpet and just have a hard surface flooring. It’s better for cleanliness purposes. The shower heads need updating also. The bathroom does not have ventilation at all which is why the paint is peeling. The hotel just needs a lot of updating.
