AWFUL!

Nothing

From checking in with the rude woman to the surly man who took over from her, nothing went right. The tv was not set up correctly and only had a few channels, none local, and all the prompts were in Spanish. The pool was a green swamp not opened on one of the hottest days of the year and the gym was also “out of order”. Each of the employees told me to ask the other one for help. And the internet was in and out all night. Never again!

Que está cerca de donde íbamos y que acepten mascotas y el señor se ve de pocos amigos pero es amable

Nos hemos hospedado por varias ocasiones hay y algunas veces no nos fue mal con la habitación pero esta vez la habitación estaba fea el baño estaba muy sucio ojalá y mejoraran la limpieza una para que tengan más visitas y otra entre menos limpian deterioran más hotel

Very rude and arrogant (probably indian) receptionist. I have never seen service like this before. He Didnt care about anything. Didnt even talk to us when we checked in. He didnt give any information. Showing the direction to stairs only by gesture. Incredible behaviour full of ignorance and no interest in guests. But lady in the morning was kind.

Superb

The staff always treats us with respect and aided us when we needed whatever. Whenever we had any problem they went above and beyond to slove it. We will miss them.

The fact that this one guest tried to make her problem our problem. But the staff informed us very well what the real was about that. With that being said, I would advise that you keep to yourself.

Superb

Peaceful and quiet, comfortable, clean, the staff is always amazing here. Professional and friendly and aided us whenever we needed something. And always treats us with much respect.

One complaint, Our room smelled of dog and pet hair was everywhere. But when we let them know they.came back and cleaned the room very thoroughly. We appreciated that because I am allergic to pet dandruff.

Good value, great staff, handicap-friendly, will stay here in the future

We found this on the fly after another place gave away our confirmed booking! The most important feature for us besides cleanliness was handicap accessibility with handrails in the shower and they had great ones! Wish I’d found this place first and saved a lot of aggravation! The only reason it didn’t get a perfect score is because the mattress was very lumpy, probably due for replacement. Otherwise, great job, Red Roof Inn!

Stay away. Pay a few extra dollars to stay somewhere safer.

The location was the only ideal part of the stay. The staff were friendly but did not do a good job. The room key had to constantly be reconfigured but they were somewhat quick about it I guess.. idk it was pretty terrible. 24/7 front desk is always nice too.

The place smelled. It was on a very sketchy street. We were harassed by an old racist lady as we walked in. The residents were very sketch. The toilet in the bathroom fell apart and was clearly broken. Bathroom was dirty. Beds didn't have bedbugs and that was the only thing going for it.

This was the worse hotel experience in my life!!!!!!!!

The only thing that I can say that I liked was that the man at the front at least walked me to my room to open the broken door that was stuck that I couldn't open after six tries

The room and hallway was disgusting!!!!!!! I had to go and buy cleaning products to clean the room and linen. The bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The floors in the bathroom looked like they had never been mopped Ever!!!!. The linen was obviously dirty from other guests. There were stains all over them. The blankets had Not been washed at all!!!! I asked to have the handicap room as I had paid for online and needed the accessibility, but they Never gave me one. Each day I asked, they said that it was not available! Then one of the ladies at the front told me, "you wouldn't be able to afford a king handicap room anyway." I told her that "I paid for a king handicap room already, what are talking about?" She said, "regardless, we don't have any available for you." Then she moved away from me to talk to someone else. I would not even recommend homeless people to stay here if that was the only place available to stay anywhere!!! That's how I really feel!!!
