Stayed for son’s baseball tournament. Not happy about no pool . Won’t stay again.

Clean and centrally located

Showed pictures of a pool on the listing. One of the main reasons we booked it. Only to get there and be told it was permanently closed. Not happy.

Freundliches Personal, gute und ruhige Lage

Trotz Komplettrenovierung hat man wahrscheinlich die Wartung der Klimaanlage vergessen. Aus der AC roch es ziemlich übel. Sauberkeit ganz gut, bis auf ein paar Haare im Bad.

Best for your budget!

My room was very clean, the bathroom was spectacular and the beds were so comfortable, I didn't wake up one time to pee throughout the night! Loved it!

Very clean and comfortable room

It was very clean the front desk staff was very friendly and kind

The walls seemed to be very thin and we could hear the other guests in the room next to us so we had to run our fan all night and turn on some sleeping music to drown out the neighbors while we tried to sleep. I wish it had more protein options for breakfast and drink options but other than those things it was a good place to catch up on some rest.

Don’t like being lied too on both sites Booking.com or the hotel site other then this hotel was good

The location was excellent staff were extremely polite and helpful Hotel was spotless

The advertisement and site specifically said QUEEN SIZE BED When I questioned the reception they told me every room was a Queen but when asked the cleaners they said DOUBLE. In talking with other guest said the same as us! It was a double very small not comfortable!! Frame was for a queen size so the mattress moved around

Overall this hotel is just good for one night stay to get some snooze.

Reason for booking this property was location. It's happen to be near where I can run errands. Starbucks and waffle house with in walking distance.

Small room but, that was not an issues. Shower head water pressure so low. Taking a shower took a lot longer to finish. Not suitable for business that in a hurry. Surprisingly there were no iron and iron board available in this hotel room. Not suitable for attending any kind of events for example conference meeting, wedding etc. Breakfast is okay

Will be staying here anytime I'm in Charlotte!

Everything! Super friendly staff, clean & modern rooms with a very nice adjustable TV, bright decor, comfy beds. I've paid twice as much for rooms that aren't as nice as this place. Will definitely be staying here for any future visits to Charlotte.

it was dirty, under construction. they had no use of carts bring our stuff up. the floor was covered in tools, sheet rock dust, and just a mess
