Superb bad service, they canceled my reservation without notification, so, I ended up to stay at a different hotel at midnight. Called them back thousand times and no answer. I won’t recommend anyone to in this place.

A great apartment. Good swimming pools. Plenty of green space. Felt secure. Close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown. Family were able to go to Virginia Beach as well as Chincateague. Supermarkets and Restaurants were very handy.
We had some noisy kids above us for a day or two.

Like the town of Williamsburg
My stay was horrible. I was unable to stay in our agreed due to no reason why by Wyndham. I received an email of change of location in which was a downgrade facility. I had to pay the same amount as my booked room with booking.com as the downgrade facility charged me the same amount

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the concierge desk who did our wrist bands and intro to the property and surrounding area. He gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner that wound up being the best meal we had during our week long, multi-state vacation. And we even received a discount at the restaurant because we were guests of the resort. Our suite was huge and very comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, fitness center, mini golf and basketball court.

Awesome facilities. Great location. Clean. Felt like home.
High pressure time share pitch, especially after being told there would be no high pressure pitch. Staff more interested in club members and not first time guests.

I enjoyed being able to take the baby out in the stroller and be able to explore the whole property and was able to use the elevator to go back up to the room without even taking him out of stroller
There could be more attention to detail on the cleaning. perhaps should use an actual vacuum for the carpets.

location was close to city.
walls were to this. I could hear the neighbors from top, bottom and next door. Shower floors and walls had black stuff. needs to be properly cleaned.

The staff and the space…very friendly and professional.
We went to escape hosting at home because my brother passed and this was the first without him. We called several times because the noise from above was out of control and only created anxieties because relaxation was not an option from 6a.m. until late night. The staff did not resolve the issue, therefore we should have stayed home instead of spend money to be overwhelmed with the sound of the ceiling caving in.

The room was very clean. Beautiful view.
The only thing we didn't like about the room was the master bedroom. The master bedroom bathroom didn't have a door.

Outside structure not clean (walls and posts). Less activities unlike before.

It was in the perfect location.. close enough to everything but still secluded enough that it was quiet! And of course the pool(s)!
If we had to pick something, it would be that there weren’t a lot of seating options at the leisure pool

nice location. great staff
looked dated. needs an update in the rooms. pool for adults is way too small.
