The property is older but clean, in a nice area and a great value.

So I just wanted to say that the management went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations, and every single one of the front desk people were kind and warm and welcoming and very quick to assist and Incredibly friendly.
The mattresses could be softer

The room smelled musty and damp. Our door key stopped working 3 times despite making sure we kept them away from our phones. The lock even stopped working (We closed door but could open it without key) we reported it, but noone came for hours . So we couldn’t go anywhere. Called for extra towels once and man was short and rude.

the location was convenient
the bathroom lights and fan were broken, the table was split into two and broken, the room only had a couple of plug ins for phones, and the furniture arrangement was not good at all. definitely could use some updating.

Central location. Cheap price for a last minute get away.
Filthy! Inside and Outside. Grounds were disgusting. Could hear people in next rooms like they were in my room AND every move from the room above us.

Checked in and wanted to freshen up but the tub faucet handle was so creaky that I could hardly turn it on, no pressure, then I couldn't turn it off. The nightstand and lamp were caked and dirty..I requested a new room. Was then moved to the room next door, brought my Grandaughter over to visit and upon turning the sink on, the handle just⁰ fell off. Toilet was tricky to flush. Noticing there was hardly anyone there I requested a lower floor they said they were nearly booked, it never filled up..The place was nearly empty yet, they placed a couple on each side of me one had a newborn. We could all hear each others conversations. Worst stay experience. Can't make this stuff up.
