Very great had wonderful time in the room all of the rooms living room kitchen bathroom and bedroom

Room was excellent I just wish the AC was a little closer to the bed but other than that it was a great stay and I will definitely come back and recommend everybody and tell everybody

Very good

The staff was very pleasant and friendly, comfortable bed, and like that the rooms and the rest of the hotel was Clean!

Didn't like the noisy a/c unit in our room. The piercing light from the street lights came into our room windows, and the curtains didn't completely close to shield the light that was coming in.

Everything was bad elevator was not working, go to the second floors big luggage’s. Receptionist give the wrong rooms numbers.

Based on Booking.com website I chose this hotel. Having mobility issues I booked a room I thought had a walk in shower. This was not the case. Even though the room was ada compliant, there was only a tub shower combination with grab bars. When I asked the front desk about this, I was told that there were no walk in showers. How am I to trust your website going forward?

Breakfast should change in many different ways.

I did not like the room I first checked in , the air conditioner was very loud BUT the front fest that changed the room for me was very satisfying. All the employees here do a good job.

Lots of plusses but price a little much

The room was well equipped with a full kitchen which was a nice surprise. I always enjoy when there's a breakfast included with a variety of options. The woman that greeted us at the front desk was super sweet and understood immediately why I needed a few extra things that she quickly provided. I was very impressed with her in general. In addition, the location was perfect for what I needed.

I ordered a room with 1 king and got a queen instead. For the price of the room, I should be comped a little for the difference, but I haven't asked yet, so we'll see. The bathroom is a little old looking and the toilet pressure wasn't good. It was a little pricey overall, but I needed the location and didn't have another option.

Nice size room. Small but very clean pool . Good restaurant nearby

Bed was comfortable, but would not stay again. Building/elevator in a general run down condition.

Shower was not working properly, could hardly get it started. Towel not available when you step out of the shower. Unable to close window drapes.

Staff was great, the room was awful 😖

The location of our room was next to a door that slammed close very loudly every time it was used. Also the couch in the room had a very strong oder of animal urine. Very dissatisfied.

Quiet place to stay overall but some things need upgrading.....

This is a quiet place mostly and on far west side of LV. Facility is older generation but ok----but maintained with some care from looks of things. I guess breakfast was least of the benefits. We're not too fussy but content of breakfast was pretty slim....

Some of the breakfast needs higher quality for nightly stay cost to get such low quality breakfasts-----ok mind you, but there are ways to improve that too!

Location and easy to get in and out.

the property is clean and well kept but it is old and braking down. It needs to be redone. Elevators, bathrooms, room decor all dated and do not justify the $220 that I payed.

Pleasant

The room and the bed were very comfortable.

The employee in the breakfast room was unbelievably rude! In addition to her rudeness, she used the same filthy rag the whole time and when the tongs for the meat fell on the floor, she just picked them up and put them back on the counter. When a guest used a fork to get food, instead of the tongs, she yelled at him in front of everyone and said he was disgusting. In addition, she made herself plates of food and kept going to the back door and eating. Horrible customer service!

Would not return to this location.

The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. The room we had was dingy looking but clean. There was a piece of carpet missing from the kitchen area and the living area. The carpet smelled and looked dirty.

More updated rooms. Also, I was told this hotel participated in a homeless program and I have to say, I felt very unsafe being in a facility with transients that were loud, smoking and loitering outside the hotel. I paid good money to be in the same place as those staying for free.

Facility was clean. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. There was a close area for dogs to the side door. The staff was nice.

There was a homeless lady hanging around the parked cars all night. Wish the price was less for the room.

I had a good, comfy stay here!

The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful, and they were quick and could be found when needed. The room was clean and spacious, the complimentary breakfast tasted good, and the location & price were right from the distance to the Strip/downtown Las Vegas.

Nothing bad! Unfortunately, the parking lot close to the door filled up quickly; the back lot wasn't well lit, & the card keys didn't work for the back doors.

Has nothing to do with the property but we we’re woken Saturday morning at 6:30am by a gardener leaf blowing for a very long time around the parking lot of the restaurant in front of the hotel
