We enjoyed our stay, in spite of the housekeeping issue.

Breakfast and front desk staff were great.

No housekeepers visited our room during our 4 night stay. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Garbage never emptied. Upon checkin we were asked if housekeeping every other day was okay, but none ever came.

The hotel and staff were great.

The room layout, parking, amenities, and breakfast!

We were there 4 nights. Not once was our room cleaned. We had to ask the maid in the hallway for towels, and to place our old towels in her laundry bin, We were asked if we wanted service every other day if every day. We chose every other. No service was rendered in the 4 days. When we looked at the clip chart on the maid’s cart our room number was not even on it.;( We should not have to bring it to the staff’s attention. Sadly my in-laws were traveling with us, and were in the room Nextdoor to ours, which was also not serviced for all 4 nights. ;(

It was nice. Just the second night was uncomfortable due to the smell from the drain.

It was very neat and comfortable.

Only one issue while we were there. A rotten egg smell came from the drain in the shower and there was an orange colored light that shined from the shower drain. We had to cover the drain in order to stay in the room the 2nd night. We were told by the front desk that no other rooms were available.

After staying 11 days, I would definitely stay there again.

I found the staff to be very helpful. I was under a lot of stress traveling alone to help with my brother and issues he was encountering with rehab and recovering from surgery. They helped in many ways

Family and Financially Friendly

We loved the location of the hotel, it was 10-30 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go! There’s also a gas station, restaurant, and some more stuff right down the road if you just wanted to take a little stroll. It was very quiet the majority of our stay and our room was huge, plenty of room for my boyfriend, best friend and my toddler to all move around without getting in each others way. The pool was almost empty the entire time were were there which was great, we def thought there’d be more people with it being peak season but it wasn’t overcrowded at all. 10/10 a better option than trying to cram everyone into the guest room at my uncles house lol

I feel like the front desk women were a little annoyed which is totally expected (we all know what they have to put up with) while we were checking in, and at almost 1am after a 15hr road trip we couldn’t even process what was happening. Also, I kind of wish they’d left the coffee bar out a little longer, like just until maybe 9-10 am 😅 I know breakfast closes before that and it’s totally just me being picky but it would’ve been a godsend lol

I WILL revisit Springhill Hotel on Primrose♡♡♡

The location, the look, the atmosphere of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff, I LOVE SPRINGHILL!!!! My sister stayed at this hotel earlier this year as she visited her son/my nephew and his family. They live a couple of minutes from this location. So when we went to Tampa, she highly suggest we stay, and we did and we were so pleased and impressed, whenever we visit Tampa we will stay here!!!! Thank you Springhill staff!!!!!

The only thing I didn't like was we only stayed 1 full night, got there Tuesday, and left Thursday morning... we didn't know housekeeping didn't tidy the room for such a short stay. But it was ok. We tidied our own room, threw out trash, and got a few fresh towels. ALL TOWELS RECEIVED WERE RETURNED!!!! That was the only thing we didn't like, and that was because we weren't aware of that.

Alright hotel

Last minute reservation

Room setup, bathrooms in front of the bedroom made it hard to sleep because every time someone used the bathroom at night the light shine brightly in the bedroom. No locks on the doors made it very uncomfortable especially having my two year old grandchild over to visit.

We did eat breakfast but our overall stay was very nice front desk clerk Delores was amazing.

One of your housekeeper could have been better she was not very helpful but the supervisor handled it.
