Will not stay at that location again..

The pictures online

The water in the bath, didn’t get hot, the rust everywhere and the bed was uncomfortable. Rugs should be replaced

Near the lake room is nice clean enough location is close some good restaurant and coffee

Staff was great. Worked well enough for one night to see a concert.

It was close enough to the amphitheater but not close enough to hear everything.

Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Road noise was loud. Not a very good night of sleep.

The location was perfect for my time in Tampa.

The room smelled like mildew/mold. The sheets were damp. It was gross.

I got there and my room that was booked weeks in advance was given away even tho I called a few days earlier to confirm all amenities and the room was still given away. I will he telling everyone I know to never even set foot in this hotel chain

need better pillows and more of them for a king-size room breakfast was not the best but it was ok

It was an ok stay.

The location of the hotel was convenient.

We stayed 3 nights and out of those 3 nights only had housekeeping once and another day they only did the beds. Didn't give us more clean towels nor toilet paper. 2 light bulbs were out and the pillows were too soft my head kept sinking inn.

Staff was friendly. The location is great. mostly comfortable and pretty clean. the A/C worked great,

When I woke up I noticed an additional random charge of 205.00 that came from the hotel,after already paying at check in, luckily it was declined because I didn’t approve it. The bathroom was a little too small for two people, but other than that it was ok

Staff were pleasant and accommodated issues upon request.

Great variety of breakfast each day. Location close to a variety of restaurants and easy access to the interstate.

Defective keys. Keys were returned 4x's. Delayed access to the room. Key either didn't work or had to be inserted several times before the green indicator light allowed entrance to my room. Mattresses were extra firm. Air conditioner did not maintain cool temperature.

Owner or front desk worker is a crook.

Stay was ok. Breakfast was ok. It was not anything fantastic. Mid level hotel

The owner or attendant at the desk smelled of marijuana and denied the booking reservation which resulted in a double charge on the credit card. He also charged more than the advertised price on booking but later switched it when I got the receipt in the morning. He seemed to be using booking to get people to the hotel and then not accept the booking reservation to allow him to make more money charging more than what was advertised online.

we had a room with 2 queen beds. one bed was comfy, the other one was rock hard and not comfortable. there was a smell when you come off the elevator and in the room. i thought it was the carpet. otherwise, everything was good.
