Staff are polite and location is good.

Room size is good for 3 persons. Location is also good, many restaurants and cafe nearby.

The mattress and pillows are too soft. Lights in the bathroom are not enough for girls to do makeup.

Perfectly adequate

Location was great. It was just a quick overnight as we were leaving by ship from the Brooklyn harbor the next morning.

There was no breakfast restaurant We had long lines as there were on 2 people manning the breakfast line to buy or coffee and continental breakfast

Service was great, room had the best view, and the ladies in the front desk were so sweet.

I loved that there were restaurants near by, and delicious may I add. Walking in the hotel we were greeted with smiles, and asked a question, they really cared about my response. Definitely will come back in the near future.

To discover Brooklyn Heights neighborhood there is not better place to stay.

The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. Hotel is very nice and location is optimal.

Great stay, friendly staff, we recommend!

Great location, great view from the bedroom. Nice there was a gym and the possibility to buy breakfast with the $25 tourist tax. Staff was really friendly.

Rooms could have been cleaner (used tissues on arrival) but cleaning staff was really friendly. Gym was too small for the hotel and swimming pool was dirty. People were in the swimmingpool and jacuzzi with their clothes on. The beds were really small for 2p.

Tiene una excelente ubicación y metros cercanos etc..

Al Segundo día de estar ahí 3 de los 4 ascensores se rompieron… estábamos todos los huéspedes usando 1 ascensor para 25 plantas. Y después de una semana cuando nos fuimos seguía igual.. fue bastante incómodo tener que ir por el ascensor de personal toda la semana.. por ellos que están trabajando y les cortaban a mitad de las tareas para que nosotros pudiéramos subir y bajar.

Good hotel near metro station

The location was Brooklyn downtown, plenty of fast foods and restaurants, near the Jay Station for fast access to Manhattan via Metro (20 mins to Times Square). Very good hotel for families.

The pool was not clear, had some dirt, probably from old paint on the surface.

An awesome spot to spend New Years Eve!

Fantastic location, within walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge and shopping. Hotel had great facilities such as bar, pool and spa. Our executive family room was a great size with 2 beds and a sofa bed.

Great location, nice staff, average rooms.

Excellent location near two metro stations so very easy to get around. The room was large for NY but could have done with a significant update. The Shower was lovely with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The gym and pool were fabulous. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was very clean.

The room was large but needed a significant update as it was old and dated. There was easily space for two queen beds but the room had two doubles (there was no option for 2 queens when I booked) and as a couple with a 10 year sleeping together in one of the double beds wasn't comfortable. Additionally the mattresses were old and soggy and not very comfortable especially compared to other Marriott hotels. All the electrical points were coming off the wall and need some attention.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen Hotel mit Nähe zu Nanhattan

Die Lage, da zentral an mehreren U-Bahnstationen. WiFi ist entgegen der Beschreibung, kostenlos. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in der Stadt absolut in Ordnung.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Brooklyn Bridge. Auch U-Bahn erreicht zu Fuß in 2 Minuten.

Teilweise waren die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich (nicht alle - aber einige)

For the price, I expected much better. And I am a Marriot Rewards Member!

The attendants were very nice. When I needed extras, they gladly provided.

Only one chair provided in the room I paid well for, and the very edge of this chair, had tattered upholstery I felt before I looked to see the horror! I could not believe this was at "The Marriot!" I had to call that first day of my 2 day stay to get the only chair replaced. Also, the tub corner could use some cleaning; Additionally, when turned on, both the shower spigot and the bottom faucet continued to run...uncomfortably pummeling my feet as I showered. Also, Marriot needs to explain to its' customers prior to booking, that parking adjacent to the hotel is $60.00 daily. That would be nice to know beforehand as decisions on car rental could hedge on that. Another disappointment was seeing the room across the hall from me with double bedding, looking much more aesthetically equipped, with a small couch, chairs, and special lamps lighting what I perceived to be a mirrored area of the bedroom. Just because I as a 2-day guest, should not mean I;m charged unfairly for very poor accommodations. I feel as a Senior, I was taken advantage of. I hope it had nothing to do with my presence after traveling overnight on an Amtrak. Some are judged too harshly. Booking the accommodations in advance, I clearly was not there looking for a handout. Marriot needs to do better.

Demasiado caro para lo que es.

La limpieza me pareció muy buena.

Los baños necesitan una reforma. Me llamó la atención que el sistema de encendido y apagado de las luces, fuera tan antiguo y no hubiera un botón o tarjeta de apagado general. El armario es mínimo y no hay sitio para guardar casi nada.

The area and the cleanliness of the lobby and bar areas

The pool area needs to be maintained better, it was water and hair on the floor around the pool and jacuzzi. Also the TV was not working in our room no one came to fix it after 3 calls. They moved us the next day but it was later in the afternoon, but they did credit my account for it.

Good location and clean but disappointed in staff response to complaints.

Good location and I liked the amenities. The pantry was great for travelling with a family and the pool was a nice addition.

We were disappointed in the staff response to our complaint. The battery in the fire alarm died and was beeping at 1:00 in the morning. We thought some sort of discount was in order as it disturbed all our sleep but the staff said they were unable to do anything and the manager was nowhere to be found.

Good location but zero service

I like the location. My Chinese housekeeper and my bellman. The black guy behind the front desk was rude. He was there on Oct 4. Not helpful at all. But the worst is the internet. There is no excuse for a hotel this size and a Marriott not to provide a free internet to hotel guests without having to go through so much trouble and still didn't get it. No service for food. The only coffee shop with a long line is shut down at 11 am. We came back after a long day in the city wanting to go to the pool and shut down at 5. I will NEVER recommend this hotel.

Water in vending machines were all sold out in 9th floor and the 10th, 11th floor…I arrived in midnight and ended up drinking tap water (I heard it’s safe to drink though). Wish the hotel has supplied the stocks

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff will definitely be staying again.

The staff were helpful and very nice, the room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, I loved how strict they were with security made me feel safe. And the breakfast was delicious, will definitely be visiting again!

The room was beautiful and the bathroom was nice just was expecting more of a stand up shower and not a tub shower but it was still nice.
