Small room, but with very basic stuff of a short stay. Wouldnt stay there for more than a couple of days staying. Too small.

Location was very convenient. Area felt very walkable. Lots of food options nearby. Close to a subway line.
There was not enough toilet paper in our room nor were there any extra rolls available. Let the front desk know but had to go back downstairs to grab a roll. We also had issues with scheduling a car to the airport.

I liked the room itself. It was nice and simple.
I thought the lobby and amenities could've been better. It wasn't always clear where everything was.

Great hotel overall with amenities, awesome location to explore all of NYC, good value for money if you're a crowd of four. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, so that was nice.
Elevator card reader needs an upgrade, the rooms were good but our 4-person room didn't have enough space for 4 people to move around comfortably (crammed), the hotel didn't keep enough coffee pods every day for all of us, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

room was spacious and queen beds were nice. Bathroom was also a good size. Location was great for our event. The restaurants nearby were very good and the subway was convenient. I also liked they agreed to check bags after check out on the day of departure.
Maybe a little far to Times Square, Broadway etc. but if you know how to utilize subway it's fine

The only reason I picked this hotel instead of the Hyatt Grand Central is because the hotel offers 2 Queen size beds. The bed is roomy and comfortable to sleep. The bathroom is spacious and very clean. The room is a good size and clean too. The hotel's location is closed to subway.
It would be better if the vanity is outside the bathroom to allow us to use the vanity while other can use the bathroom. Also, the ice machine is not at every floor like other hotels. We had to ask the front desk to know where it is and there's no water fountain either. Additionally, we did not get the hair cap, slipper and extra pillow till the third day there when the cleaners coming in to clean.

Location was good.
Honestly this didn't quite meet up to the Hilton standard. The rooms were clean enough, but not as well-appointed as most Garden Inns.
I had an issue with maintenance where our bathroom faucet had a broken washer and wouldn't turn off. Despite multiple calls, I didn't get a maintenance person in my room for over 24 HOURS. The water was running for over a day straight.
One or two staff were extremely friendly. The rest seemed annoyed by our presence.

Excellent location. Very close to the subway and the area felt very safe and walkable. As a group of young girls, it was nice to be able to walk around and feel safe and secure.
The room was a little small as expected for New York City, so no major complaints.

The hotel was in a great location. It has a lot of good restaurants near by and it is close to a subway station that we used daily. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was great. The room had everything we needed, it was quiet. The staff was nice and accommodating.
The cleanliness in the bedroom could be better but once we called for them to come up they came fast and cleaned everything.

The Hotel are in the midtown. Everything are walking distance and subway are just few steps away.Behind the hotel are Panda express and Mc Donald very convenient if you traveling with kids. I will definitely book here again and recommend to Family and Friends.
If you booked thru 3rd party. ALWAYS check ur receipts and ask for a receipt. We got charge 200 dollars more than the expected amount .Staff was friendly to Fixed the amount .

Friendly staff. Easy interaction with everyone.
1) High cost of parking. Parking tax was not disclosed. On the agreement, it said $60 and on the statement after checkout, there was $11.03 additional tax for parking each night. $71.03 parking for 24 hours without in-out privileges is ridiculous!
2) Extremely small bathroom

the location was good because we were visiting family in the area
I asked for a nice view when I reserved since I was traveling with my mother and had stayed there before with horrible back view the time before. When I checked in they didn’t even try to check they said no and scanned me through like at the grocery store not hospitable at all.
The third day all our toiletries were taken from the bathroom and extra blanket we asked dor was balled up in a corner
It was late after the theater and nobody could bring some to the room
