Breakfast
The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom, I saw cockroaches :(

This hotel is becoming even more enjoyable as the years pass. The staff is very attentive and polite. The breakfast buffet is clean and tasty.
The lobby has new improvements as d the rooms since my last stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value!
The blow dryer in the room didn't work, but it was a non-issue.

Le falta un poco de limpieza y la pluma del baño un poco mala

It’s close to everything you need
Staff unfriendly been here a week no room service people swimming in green watered pool. Owners kids run around giving you dirty looks cause you stay in the home go figure

Not much other then it had a bed. Room was dirty, as it had trash for other people in it. The shower curtain had stains on it.
The hallways smelled. Not much for breakfast, no good coffee unless you drink mud

Check in was easy and quick. Was close to interstate.
Booked 2 rooms, one of them was dirty and the a/c didn’t work they moved to another room. The new room was not updated and had a door that was chain locked from the opposite side and the attendant just couldn’t understand why I wouldn’t be comfortable leaving my teenage girls in that room, with a door that someone could open from the other side and couldn’t be locked from inside the room. The third room was a little better, the blow dryer didn’t work and we had to listed to the loud toilet refill itself every 5 mins. This room also had an adjoining room, when asked if we could just have the adjoining rooms the attendant first said yes, but then wanted to charge me $10 to switch from our second booked room. Like seriously? The second booked room was adequate at best. In both rooms the shower curtains were discolored, all the towels were stained and all the bedding was stained. The breakfast was cold sausage gravy and hard biscuits, scrambled eggs (the second morning of our stay they ran out of eggs and didn’t have more). They have bread and bagels in the bags they were purchased in inside the mini fridge so everyone can stick their nasty hands in the bags. The pool was disgusting, we had to clean the pool twice before we could even get in. There was napkins and some other type of floating trash in the pool. The same litter in the grounds around the pool was still there Sunday. The grounds don’t look like they’ve been touched all season yet there’s a nice riding lawnmower parked in the front beside the lobby doors. The make shift casino room (skill games) in the back of the property was pretty shady but gave us something to do for a bit. This hotel looks NOTHING like the pretty photos listed online. Has to be the 2nd worst place I’ve stayed so there’s the positive in all the negative. This is a 1 star hotel at best.

Nothing
Nasty 🤮bath tub and bathroom

The waffle was good
Bed was hard, shower head sucked, a/c unit couldn’t keep the room cold at all, no coffee in the room, only 1 of the 2 elevators worked.

Nothing was to my standard…. And for a renovated hotel that was not done correctly…. I took a video of the room if you would like it….
It was really dirty with mould in the bathtub and plaster on the shower curtain…. Linen where stain and bed sheet also…. Staff was not pleasant

Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in.
The first room we were out in was over 90° because the heater wouldn't turn off. But, the front desk quickly put us into a new room.
The room was pretty dirty. The table and the mirror were sticky and had lipstick kisses on them. The bathroom floor was dirty enough to make the bath mat brown after I got out of the shower.
Sheets were badly stained, but clean.

nothing was commendable
This property was absolutely filthy! There were two used dirty washcloths on the counter in my bathroom, empty tissue holder, baseboard trim peeling off, no bedskirt just a bare boxspring showing, a dirty mattress in the hallway leaning up against the wall, elevators were absolutely filthy, and a 10-year-old kid was working the front desk.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The decor was okay. The blackout curtains worked well. The heater worked well. There were a lot of mirrors. The microwave and refrigerator worked. There was a hairdryer. I like the paper cups for hot drinks that were provided. I could at least make a cup of tea using the microwave.
The bathtub wasn't clean. I thought it was at first, but after running a bath and getting in I realized it was not clean. Yuck! The electrical outlet in the bathroom was not working, although there was a hairdryer provided in there. Not all the outlets in the room were working. The windows and mirrors all badly need cleaning! There were red stains on some of the towels. No housekeeping was done during the 3 days I was there. Not a big deal, but I tried to get a new box of tissues from the people cleaning rooms and was not able to get that. There was a dark stain on the comforter. The comforter was very light weight. Since I was by myself I just folded it over so it was warmer.

room was clean and staff nice

Quick smooth check inn.
Hmm.. not sure if I can. I don't like that I have to walk blind to the lamp to flick it on there.

the hotel stunk and was under construction

location was good
Horrible service. Do not stay here. Very unkind front desk workers. Breakfast closes at 9am, but the information we were provided from the hotel through Booking.com was breakfast 5am-10am, so we came down at 9:12 am and they had cleaned it all up already. Even the next morning when we made it to breakfast the selection was laughable. Not a gram of protein in sight, so good luck with that. Hotel staff came BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME to tell us it was time to leave. Do not advertise 11:00 am check out time then start ushering people out before that. Hotel staff had kicked another lady out of her room before checkout as well that we rode down the elevator with. I understand they have to clean the rooms and get them ready, but you don’t need to start cleaning them BEFORE CHECKOUT TIME.
Additionally, the room inside is NOT as advertised on booking.com. I don’t know where they took those photos, maybe they have a select number of renovated rooms, but do not expect the rooms to look like the photos. You might get lucky, but our room looked and felt gross. The shower was filthy and the shower curtain had mold. They really catfish you into staying here.
We didn’t feel the single blanket provided was very clean as it was covered in spots, so I went down to request two blankets and the guy was very short and rude with me about it.

Clean and comfortable. Close to I-80.
I had a coffee pot in my room. There was sugar and cream condiments but no coffee. I asked the front desk for some and they said they would bring it to my room but never did. Breakfast was only carbs. (Sausage biscuits bagels, toast and cereal.) Also, only 1 of 2 elevators appeared to be working, so long waits. When I took the stairs there were mattresses and boxes stacked in the stairwells

location is great right off the highway. staff is friendly
Dirty. the first room they put us in hadn’t been cleaned. Stains on the bed and dog hair everywhere (disclaimer is that they probably put us in a room where they put all people with dogs as we had one). Asked to be transferred to a room that had been cleaned. friendly staff apologized and switched us. the new room had stains on the pillows, sheets, and towels. hadn’t been swept either. mirrors missing/ ripped off the doors and paint or other debris on ground. just seemed like the place hadn’t been cared for and they didn’t care at all about stains on bed sheets/ pillows.

The unit was dirty. Shower curtain hadn't been washed had mold on it. Floors, frig, tub, flat surface were filthy.

well it was a decent price and easy to book
the staff - they’re renovating the hotel , well if you call 2 guys walking around above your room with roofing hammers banging on stuff all day to the point it starts to literally drive you crazy , from 7 a.m -6:30 p.m only taking long enough breaks to rejuice and smoke a cigarette. Then. back to beating right above you they go . the hotel doesn’t tell you anything about it when you’re looking for a room which unfortunately for me was after 6:30 p.m being when I showed up . that you will be woken up bright and early by the sounds of people literally demoing a building with a 16 ounce hammer . When you go up to complain about this or ask even what it is , you’re met with 5 gentleman , which Im only sure about 2 of them even working there . who will all explain to you that you need to just deal with it , while puffing their little chest out yo you , and with much annoyance in their voice stomp over to the computer and claim to give you a refund , but then leave this reservation on as I’m still staying there. even tho I booked a room at the hotel literally right across the steeet at the Laquita inn and now they’re ignoring me and my messages , but I’m still at the hotel right across the street , so I’m on the lines of going over there ( with zero -0- intentions of physically harming anybody or breaking any laws in general ) but I’m attempting to let booking . com talk it out before anybody’s emotions get outta whack .

The stay
The room was dirty

NOTHING.
DISGUSTING, that’s the word for this stay. I’ve never stayed in such a dirty place in my life, the only reason why we spent the night is bc we’ve been driving 12 hours and needed rest, they never cleaned the bathroom, pillow covers were dirty, WE EVEN FOUND A MALE BOXER UNDER THE BED🤮🤮
