The only thing I liked about the property was the outside of it. It was very pretty and I liked all the lights, but once I got in the hotel and dealt with the supervisor and the security, it was horrible.
I didn’t like how my boyfriend’s truck got stolen out of the hotel’s garage parking lot and when we tried to talk to the security of the hotel in the first national Bank security they told us that there was nothing that we could do and that the only thing that they was to do was to call the police. No one could pull up cameras. No one could give me any kind of solution. It was just there’s nothing that we can do and just call the police. We talked to the supervisor over the phone. We talked to the first national bank because the first national bank is connected to the Hilton hotel through the parking garage and that’s where the truck got stolen out of and even though there are cameras literally everywhere no one could tell us anything. Security even had the nerve to tell us that cars get stolen from the Hilton Hotel parking garage all the time nonchalantly. When I finally got my room, the room was very small. The toilet was tiny like it fit a five-year-old. My butt did not fit on the toilet. The bed had hair in it brunette hair and I have black curly hair so it’s not mine or my boyfriend. When I got to the hotel, the room wasn’t even ready, so I had to stand in the lobby for an hour until my room was ready with a whole bunch of luggage that I had to carry upstairs. This was my first time at the Hilton hotel and I thought I was gonna have an amazing experience. Because I thought come on it’s the Hilton, but no, I’ve been to a lot of hotels and this is by far the worst.

Close proximity to downtown, easy to get to places. Close to zoo.
Everything was great. No complaints

Parking was close. However, we unknowingly came in on the back side of the hotel. THere were no signs outside that clearly explained what that entrance was for so I ended up walking quite a way to get checked in. Staff was polite but had no personality.
OUr room was on the 8th floor. We were there to attend a near by concert. The hotel was very busy but only one elevator was working so waiting for elevator service was long. The only working one was hot and packed. The bathtub in our room drained extremely slowly. No hair conditioner. THANK GOD THE AC worked! I complained about the tub and the attendant offered to take $120 off my bill, but he did so to the wrong room! This still is not resolved.

The location was good
Staff was not very friendly. They did not say anything about the building such as where to find the gym, laundry, breakfast area, etc. There was only 1 of 4 elevators working by the end of the stay. All of the elevators had not been serviced since 5/2022. They were initially working when we arrived and then by the end, there was only one. The floors were disgusting and obviously had not been cleaned (there was even someone’s toenail on the floor by the bed).

Only two elevators worked, the wait for breakfast buffet on Sunday was ridiculous. Hotel needs a lot of updating and maintenance. For the price a poor value.

great location. Good price
couldn’t believe breakfast was 18 bucks and it wasn’t anything great. it was just ok. and the gal at the restaurant desk definitely acted like we were inconveniencing her by need to pay with cash instead of putting on the room tab. the waitress was really kinda and welcoming. just not the other gal as she never said anything just was on her phone and acted like we bothered her.

not sure if there was something that stuck out other then the pool
stayed in a presidential suite for a night after our wedding but nothing about it was presidential. floor outlets were sticking out, closet was falling apart, bathroom door had a screw sticking out, the roof tiles looked like they were being pushed down and didn’t smell clean.

The room didn't seem to be too clean

Great location. Clean nice rooms. Super comfortable bed.
Shower had to be turned to tub to adjust water temp. Breakfast buffet was 18 dollars but was really no better than free breakfast at most comparable hotels.

It was excellent.
The loitering people in the area.
