It was very comfortable for a family of 5. The view out our back door was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer and during a cooler time to enjoy hiking. Only thing I wish was different was more stools for us to use at kitchen island. Maybe 6 instead of 4 would have been good. Everything was really enjoyable and staff was so kind/ helpful.
Will definitely come back!!
More stools at kitchen island.

Amazing location - stunning views. Very comfortable lodges. Great pool and hot tubs. Proximity to trails.
The aircon in the downstairs bedroom was a bit close to your head! Probably not normally a problem but it was a hot monsoon night so couldn’t really turn it off.

Stunning location
Wish there were a coffee table inside and side table outside and more chaise lounges outside the oool area

We absolutely loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful! They also gave us a lot of great information about the area. The outdoor amenities were nice and you can’t beat free s’mores at night! The direct connection to hiking trails is great.
The only drawback was that we had a few bugs in our cabin. Also, as in the majority of places in Sedona, it was pretty pricey.

Location. Staff. Heated pool and hot tub. Direct trail on property.
Wall HVAC blew out very dry air. Thin glass on windows and door. Shower could have been cleaner.

This property is in a fabulous location with the Slim Shady walking trail access at the back of the property. The views are spectacular! The rooms are nicely renovated/updated, spacious enough for our three person family and fully kitted out for an overnight stay or a week. The main bed was extremely comfortable and was big enough for two adults and spacious enough that you don’t sleep on top of one another. The fire pit and free smores packs were a hit, and the pool was lovely even during our wintery stay. The staff are amazing and very friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby that are an easy walk to, otherwise other restaurants and shops are just a short drive away.
Only draw back for us was our 6 foot son slept on a rollaway bed, but that didn’t bother me, I slept well.

We arrived at night and had the impression of a fairly basic place - then had our minds blown by the view in the morning. Lovely grounds facing the north for an amazing sunrise over the red rocks right out your door. Direct access to the Red Agave trails for hiking or mountain biking. The comfortable king bed, well appointed kitchen, and spacious closet would make a longer stay easy to do for two people. Nice firepit and pool/hot tub area.
I didn't realize that the third adult in our room would be on a cot in the closet area, with a skylight right above his head which prompted an early morning wake up. The rope lights along the roofline were not turned off at night and were very bright outside our windows; good curtains helped a lot but it would be nicer to have them off.

Central to everywhere we went.
Did not like the mosquitos, but everything else was really nice.

We enjoyed the scenery, the peacefulness, access to grill, and pool. The kitchen had everything we needed to serve a meal. The trail was enjoyable in the morning. I appreciated that the pool was wheel chair accessible.
Most places allow check in at 2 pm. We didn't get to check in until 4pm. Majority of the destination sites had no parking available and we spent our time in congested holiday traffic. It would have been nice to check in early but staffing declined the request. We were allowed to check out at 11:30 am, but we could sense staffing was not pleased we ask. I felt like we were as irritable as the mosquitos to them because we ask if we could check in early or check out an hour later. We understand it's probably a managerial or owner decision and employees are following the policy. It didn't hurt to ask.

Fantastic location, next to the Red Rock State Park, with walking trail starting from the resort
Suggested information on breakfast restaurant was not correct, so took us quite some time before we could 'start the day'. Tip: visit the park before breakfast as it soon gets too hot for a hike or walk.

LOVED STAYING IN THE CHALET. I WAS TRAVELING WITH MY SON AND NEPHEW SO THE ACCOMADATIONS WERE PERFECT FOR US. GREAT VIEWS, FUN PLACE. LOVED HAVING ACCESS TO HIKING TRAILS RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR.

This place was brilliant. Really didnt want to leave. The staff are a real credit as nothing to much trouble. So many little extras. S'mores over the fire at night (free of charge), table and chairs to sit around. The view was amazing. For me this was the best stay of our trip around America.
Not one complaint 😁

We were welcomed as if we were old friends and invited to swim before our room was ready (we were early).
The place really looks even better than the pictures. It truly is at the base of beautiful red rock mountains with unobstructed view. The same view from the swimming pool and our from porch. The front porch was part of our two story "chalet" - so well kept. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.
Leaving.
