Very neat little hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona.

The area is quiet and pretty. The room was attractive and comfortable. The bathroom was large and I enjoyed having a shower and a tub.
The room (especially the bathroom) didn't have enough light. There were 2 towels, 2 wash cloths 1 hand towel for a 4 day stay.

It was certainly cozy, the fireplace being the highlight for sure. (The main reason for the booking considering the weather during our stay).
Appreciated the flatware and silverware, coffee, and accoutrements. As well as the cleanliness (aside from the carpet as mentioned).
Rm15:
- I would like to have seen a little more in the kitchenette area, perhaps something to even make up a little something there (oven/stovetop, hotplate, electric griddle, or something the like). Especially if staying more than one day.
- Jets or something in the bathtub would be amazing.. or perhaps at least Bubbles and candles/bath stuff.
- Quite a few bleach stains on the carpet that didn't make it seem extremely clean, but easily overlooked.

It was very roomy. We had a dog freindly room so the carpet was dirty but everything else about the room was comfortable, except for the couch that goes into a bed which was extremely uncomfortable as you could fill the springs.
the fireplace created a nice ambience. there was more than enough room for our family and the dog. the bath tub was deep and we enjoyed the outside space which had a closed gate and a wrap around small balcony space around the room.

Great location, beautiful views, amazing breakfast.
Parking is a little vague and pretty tight for larger cars.

beautiful! Traffic was noisy but it could be from the location of the room.

The gourmet breakfasts each morning were wonderful and sitting by the fireplace or outside on the balcony every morning was an added bonus. The room we had was larger and more attractive than I anticipated. Fireplace and kitchenette with fridge and microwave was perfect for the weekend get away. 20 mins away from the traffic in downtown Sedona but close to hiking Bell Rock and many others found on AllTrails! Great deal!!
You have to ask for room service. I didn't see this in writing anywhere so we were surprized. Need an in room phone to front desk and materials on amenities. The pool was nice but not heated. The temperature in the evenings can be cool. Use the hottub!!

The rooms were clean and very spacious. It is a secluded area and breakfast was included with a personal chef in a public arena. Nice views from the upstairs rooms.
I didn't like the amenities at all. Very few amenities in nature. Also, far away from the rooms. Ice Machine is far up near the office. Only one ice machine. Uncomfortable beds and pillows that need to be replaced immediately. Some staff were friendly, as other staff seemed a little testy about their job and helping you out. Overall, not a good value for the expensive price for 2 nights.

It is like staying in an apartment! the suites (rooms) are spacious, beautifully decorated, and have everything you need and then some. Breakfast is included and prepared by a professional chef. everything be made was excellent! no need to eat lunch! we miss his cooking already.

The location is nice and quiet.
The rooms looked like no one had stayed or cleaned them for awhile. There were dead bugs everywhere. There were live little roaches crawling on the carpets. We asked to move rooms 3 times before actually leaving. We were forced to book another hotel last minute in town.

Really felt private. It's not "in" Sedona, but a really short drive from shops, restaurants, and beautiful hikes. Accommodations were spacious and lovely.
I could hear my neighbors through the walls every now and then (one of them seemed to be dealing with some hangover issues that I could hear), and the TV kept turning on by itself.

The location was perfect, secluded away from the very busy area in Sedona and easy to find. Room was spacious and comfortable and well equipped.
Property and suite could use updating. Carpet was very worn. Some other minor issues.

Suite was perfect. Big and comfortable. Easy access to outdoor areas and pool. Quiet.
Breakfast was good, but not gourmet as described. Not a disappointment from my original expectations until I was told at check-in that it was gourmet, which put a picture in my head of something really special. Better that they not use that description. Breakfast staff was great.

Breakfast was very delicious. Liked the amenities in the room; refrigerator, coffee, microwave and the dinnerware, glasses ware etc.
The rooms need to be a little refreshed with paint. Noticed lots of chips on the wall.

Loved the hot breakfast during COVID times. Roman the chef was friendly and lived up to his reputation from all the reviews I have read.

Room was amazing the staff was kind and knowledgeable about attractions and cool areas to visit The breakfast was excellent just as amazing Would recommend
I felt it was a little high priced especially since I got "some" deal on it the view from the room could have been better there were trees blocking the mountain view but I was also in the back of the building

Breakfast was the best! Great chef and wonderful meal!
No house keeping. Had to get more shampoo, soap and towels from office. They had no hand towels at all. Garbage left outside rooms for 3 days and no one picked it up.

Breakfast and the cook were amazing. Very approachable and open to help with what he could for your meal or family meal. Front seat employees were also nice and willing to help.
You could have water bottles on deck for customers. Make sure the room phone is working befor we rent room. Have a couple more dishes, as in bowls, plates, forks, knifes, spoons, cups. Bigger plate carrier.

Beautiful, cozy suites with fireplace. Fantastic breakfast included cooked by Chef Roman. Landscaped beautifully and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The room was not stocked well with some of the basic products like soap and toiletries. It also had very few glasses and dinnerware / silverware available.

Amenities of the property are limited with the exception of the great breakfast. Parking was a challenge.

the TV in the living room is too small. I think the carpet needs to be updated
