I enjoy my stay and would stay here again and again!

The room was very clean the bed was so comfy the staff was so nice it was quite! There drinks and tacos on Thursday was so good! The bartender that made our drink she was so nice

The breakfast on the weekend was different than during the weekend very much less options on the weekend

They Ought To Be Ashamed

Breakfast

They charged us $250 for smoking in the room and we didn't smoke in the room. They even came up with false pictures of ashes on the tables. We've been there many times (over 5) and we have never been charged for smoking in the room. We are never going back. They must be under new management or something 🤔

Perfect!

Everything was great! I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the event I was attending. I was able to avoid tons of traffic & the staff was very friendly & welcoming.

Location. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent.

Bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable. Sheets in sofa bed looked like they had bot been washed in a while.

Ok, but could see some improvement.

Nice, clean room.

The "glasses" in the room were plastic. Plastic is ok but these were so thin they nearly collapsed when I tried to pick one up. The bathroom configuration was inconvenient. The towels were across the room from the shower. If you forget to put it closer, you trail water across the floor. For the money, it just felt a little cheap. We had to call the front desk for an iron and TV remote. The television channelling system was really confusing. Small things but, for the price, they add up.

Wonderful hotel - looking forward to try this hotel in some of the International locations.

The breakfast room and cook's attention to us was very pleasant. It really began our day to a nice start. I can see how this is a perfect stop when traveling from Arizona to the Bay Area.

The location at the time of the year was a bit chilly. The views are probably very nice in the spring after some additional precipitation and as the mountains come to life around the hotel.
